I like the facilities and more importantly the service at front desk has improved. I stayed 6months ago and the wait time for check in and check out was shockingly slow. This time checking out wait time has improved.

I didn't like the system in place around the complimentary dessert that was given upon arrival. They said it was complimentary but when I went to claim it, I was told to like/follow im hotel as well as give a 5star rating to im hotel so they can screenshot it. It felt like there was a condition. I felt i lost my free will to make my own personal rating. it made me wonder how real the previous reviews are if other people are being asked to put 5 star for the sake of a cake

Clean, central. Nice spa and facilities. The chilled pool is refreshing and even better than it looks in the pictures. Breakfast is ok for Philippines but still not 5 star quality. Rooftop bar is pretty cool. Dwight at reception was a fantastic guy to deal with and very friendly !

Lots of “give us a 5 star review and get some free stuff “! Which in a 5 star hotel really cheapens the vibe. WiFi was unusable it was so slow. Pool Bar is a bit hit and miss for what’s available depending on if they feel like pouring you a beer or not which was funny A bit of an untrustworthy vibe if you ask them to charge something to the room which was also odd.

The bed was very comfortable Breakfast was absolutely delicious - best part of our stay. Pool seemed fine - did not use it. Hotel receptionists always got a taxi for us.

The drainage needs to be sorted out in the bathroom when you have a shower there was water next to the toilet bowl. A cycling machine needs fixing in the gym. We booked for 10 days and left Manila and went to Cebu for 4 days - sadly we did not get our 4 days money back. We did returned after Cebu. Receptionists kept giving us places to go and when we got there, the businesses were closed down. Therefore, I suggest they ring the businesses 1st before sending guests to them. Didn't like seeing police and security people with GUNS around the streets.

front desk or receptionist are unfriendly and lack professionalism, rude attitude, poor communication skill. internet is slow and weak.

The hotel facilities are excellent, or at least the ones I tried: the rooms are spotless, and so many thoughtful details (water dispensers in the hallways, coffee in the room, slippers, toiletries, even toothbrushes! Very handy. The staff were also super friendly and went out of their way to help. The breakfast was delicious, I loved the mix of international foods and Filipino dishes. Th gym was pretty well equipped and super clean.

There is a bar across the street which can make some noise and can be a bother if you're a very light sleeper, but it's not disruptive otherwise, and not every night.

Yes, so the hotel was great, big and modern. They have a huge Lobby where you can just relax and have drinks. The reception staff was quick and efficient the Wi-Fi works great. The room was well equipped, and although this hotel is very far from the city center. You want to stay at this neighbourhood, which is way nicer than the others in Manila. You have many shops around. And also a pool. Unfortunately, my wife and I were sick during our stay, so we couldn't leave the room that much. but that's where the comfort of the room value comes. We were very happy with this, and we'll probably stay back there if we ever visit Manila again. views are beyond amazing

I'm not sure prostitution is banned in the hotel, but for sure, they should control that there is a lot of prostitution in the lobby. The staff seems like they didn't notice or just passed it. I don't care that much, but it was a bit uncomfortable and I couldn't relax in the lobby when I went downstairs to have a drink. There was a lot of noise and people from outside the hotel in the lobby.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at during my visits to Manila. The accomodation is very modern. The rooms are clean and have an amazing view of the city skyline. It was an amazing experience to wake up with that view in the morning. The bathroom had a very nice shower and the bed was super comfortable. The pool and Spa were amazing. The staff were helpful and helped us with any questions. I will definitely book another stay during my next visit.

It takes a while for them to pay back the hotel deposit. This was well communicated beforehand, though, so it is completely understandable.

Check in was easy. The rooms are very nice. Floor to ceiling windows around the room and bathroom. Had all the amenities you would want in a room including a mini fridge. The pool was really nice with a clear kayak and plenty of seating. Most of the time I was the only one lounging in the cool circular rainbow seating spaces. The pool even has a partially clear bottom to look straight down to the curb area. The stay had a complimentary dessert and 10 minute massage coupons. I got my free dessert but didn’t do the massage. Plenty to eat in the area. 30 minutes from the airport. Staff were very friendly. The rooms also have a “do not disturb” and “need house cleaning” buttons that you can illuminate to be seen outside your room. This hotel is great if you just want to enjoy and stay at the hotel the whole time.

Not much to do in the area. Had to but down a cash security deposit so when checking out give yourself 25 minutes for them to check the room and give you the money back. Jacuzzi was blocked off while I was there so I couldn’t use it. The roof top bar looked cool but they didn’t have some of the decor lights on.

It was clean and safe. Staff where polite and facilities were good. I was a little worried about reviews I had read but everything was super clear and no extra sales were pushed on us. The bond is common in a lot of places in Asia and they are clear about it and payment options. Be careful of your linen also try rinsing the towels if any make up stains. Also the rooftop has such a nice view especially at night time. Yes it is noisy on the pool level but you’re also on Manila City.

They didn’t offer wine by the glass seemed odd but probably normal feel this is an option to add to menu.

The flexibilité of the staff and the hôtel in general. They have me an amazing room with a beautfiull view. The hôtel is perfectly situated. Close from the airport by car and in the heart of the vibrant Life and nightlife of Makati. The spa is very Nice and confortable with correct prices and very Good prestations. The rooftop is amazing

Although the external pool area is very beautifull, this one is not very relaxing to swim and make a sunbath as it is on the second floor, so very noisy and All the area is on the North so no sun during the day….. I would recommande to extend the small rooftop where is the glamptent to mâle a confortable sunbad area. The breakfast is very « Asiatic focus » and poor in european sweetes, cheese, charcuterie and fruits. No real freshjuice…. No yogourt
