Excellent location. Satisfying breakfast with daily changes to the menu. Room was very spacious with very effective air conditioning. Shower was dated and there was no shower cubicle with the shower rose in the bathtub. Overall this is an older hotel with dated decor and furnishings. However it is priced accordingly and presents good value for money.

This hotel is definitely a 3 star hotel. Dated but comfortable. The indoor pool was unusable. We went there 3 times and it was always empty. I imagine this is because it's unheated and being indoor the water is too cold.

This is my second visit to BERJAYA absolutely I enjoyed my stay and front desk staff very helpful during my check in coz she reminded me she work nigh shift I can't recall her name , all my requests were met. Bed was supper comfy air con very good and shower water pressure was equally great. Good big room as advertised in booking.com , Lot's of food within walking distance,all staff are very courteous I will certainly return again next month.

Honestly all is well, perhaps for breakfast pls consider have some extra dishes for those not eating pork. Berjaya is a Malaysia consider introduce dish or two like nasi lemak

Location Staff are Brilliant especially personnel who work at Concierge Aug.20 morning duty He is very helpful and accommodating plus reminding guest about reviews for hotel.

They clean our room without informing us ,we left for half a day confident enough will comeback the way we left our things but They cleaned and organised our room without informing us they will do housekeeping. But the rest is excellent Front desk are accommodating .

Location was good, nearby a lot of restaurants, markets. Breakfast was very good, different meals every day and very delicious. The staff was always smiling and welcoming 😊

- Communication with the hotel was so difficult before arrival. I wrote them from different platforms but didn’t get any response within 3 days. - There was a stain on the carpet. - I stayed overall 6 nights but TV doesn’t work. - The wardrobe doors don't work well, even in the Premier room.

It’s accessible everywhere.

I think lift takes longer waiting time than usual experience with other hotels. Reception and staff at night was a little not warm and hospitable compared to the staffs who accommodated us during our check in. We were thinking maybe because we are both Filipina and they might think we are working as bar girls or so and it doesn’t feel right as a guest who paid for that stay. ( I think they have to be customer oriented across all guests). But the staff during our check out are amazing. Just the night shift staffs

Breakfast options were fantastic every morning. Staff were super lovely and would greet you everytime they saw you.

There are only 3 lifts, and 1 was broken the whole time I was there. Several times, the two lifts would come down and be full, making us wait 10 minutes to get to the ground floor with no other option to use.

The hotel located at strategic location with many restaurants surrounding, room simple but comfortable, hotel providing swimming pool and fitness center.

There is carpet in the room, but need to clean the carpet regularly.

The food from hotel was amazing. Great in-room service. Great location. Great price.

The elevators were broken. Only 1 elevator worked. Had to wait an hour in line just to get on elevator to get to room. We had to take 6 floors of stairs. Thank goodness we weren't on the 22nd floor.

The staffs were reallyyy helpful and friendly, cant thank them enough for all the help! The location is also very strategic near to Halal middle east food, the hotel itself serves Halal food!

The toilet...ergh sorry the toilet is just horrible. The water takes time to subside, the shower has no extension of belt so we had to climb up the bathtub which is NOT child and elderly friendly. Pleasee Berjaya make some overhaul to your old toilets. We completed the stay because of the staffs so Berjaya you better give them raise!
