A great place to stay. Reception staff were warm and friendly, room was comfortable. Bed was just right, with good clean sheets. Bathroom was a decent size, with good hot water pressure in the shower. TV had some cable channels. Aircon was effective. Elevator was small, but still ok for two people plus bags. It also had a separate entrance to the Filling Station restaurant in the same building. Security outside were extremely helpful.

Entrance was a little hard to spot. Noise from the street was present, but totally out of control of the hotel, and to be expected when you stay on P.Burgos St. A few more TV channels for news and movies would be nice.

The room was great and had all the necessary amenities to have a nice stay. The staff were also lovely and attentive!!

The hotel is located in a pretty noisy and… active neighborhood (its in the heart of the night life neighborhood of Manila) which would have been fine if not for the fact one of my windows couldn’t close entirely… make sure to ask for a quiet room if you dont like a little bit of traffic and nightlife noise!

Upon checking out. The front desk said there was a floor mat missing Our room was not cleaned for the last 2 days we there at our request There was no floor mat left there the last day it was cleaned. We stayed there 6 days. They said I was responsible and charged me 650 Piso. I behave stayed There 4 times now with no problem. This left a bad taste in my mouth.!!Good

See for yourself. 49 countries and this hotel is in my top 10. With it's sister hotel mins away walking.. You have a 5 star hotel with everything you need.

Staff are friendly and helpful and the room has a wonderful view over Makati. The 2 restaurants offer a wide variety of tasty meals in generous sizes and sensible prices - the Cuban themed Cafe Cubana and the 50s themed Filling Station. Location on Burgos Street means you are right in the middle of the entertainment district.

A little confusing with the reception being on third floor. Overall the location was great as there was ATM close by and plenty of entertainment. The attached restaurants were excellent, if not a little pricey.

The prices at the Filling Station were a bit high for me. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay.

The receptionist is friendly and very courteous. The location is great since it's close to a lot of restaurants, malls, and even banks.

Amenities are great, but staff are not consistently warm and friendly, especially the staff who attended us to the lobby. There are just some who are not really attentive. Bed sheets aren't OK as they somehow smell like cigarettes.

Night life and sitting at Cafe Cubano people watching. There's an elevator to the second floor that leads straight into the filling station.

I could smell the smoke from the bar downstairs in the room.

The hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating. Welcoming us to our rooms and call to check happiness of the room. Needed an plug adapter and one of the staff offered to acquire from local shop. Definately stay again when in Manilla
