I was quite hesitant at first because I was unfamiliar with the hotel, but it turned out to match everything I needed. The staff were very helpful, and there was convenient basement parking. I also liked how quiet the place was despite the busy atmosphere outside. Breakfast was good, especially the Filipino food. The room was spacious, the elevator worked well, and the room had useful amenities like a fridge, vault, and television. The TV didn’t really function properly; maybe we were doing something wrong, but it was fine since we didn’t need it anyway. One suggestion I’d give is to make the bathtub a bit bigger. When two people are inside, it feels too small, and the water tends to overflow, which can spill into the bathroom. Other than that, we had a great stay at the hotel, and we will definitely come back in the future.

The bathtub could use a little makeover. I hope it can accommodate two people to fit in and relax. The water spills on the floor and tends to go out into the hallway. That may be a little inconvenient. But I mean, it wasn't really that bad. Just a recommendation.

Read good reviews of this hotel so decided to stay here on our first trip to Manila. The hotel exceeded all our expectations. It was like an oasis of calm. Not too big not too small the hotel was staffed with the kindest and most friendly of staff. The hotel was super clean and professionally run, the breakfast simple but tasty and was included in the price of the room. The hotel was exceptional value for money and located not too far from the airport. We stayed twice, both on arrival and before our departure home. Located in a busy area of Makati there are plenty of lively restaurants and bars nearby. Staying at Herald Suites was a pleasure and we would stay nowhere else when we return to Manila. A big thank you to all the staff who made our stay so pleasant.

Hotel had a unique vibe to it, and had an art deco style which is quite different from most hotels in the area or even country. The breakfast was served quickly and there were many options included, and the staff was very kind throughout my stay. No issues with the cleanliness or the room either as the housekeeping staff would do their job diligently, even informing me about my wallet which had fallen under the bed.

The area it is in might be a little bit "dangerous" at night, as it is nearer to the lesser developed neighborhoods of Makati, with that in mind, you just have to be vigilant during these times and there wasn't any point where I felt unsafe during my trip (it's just a cautionary thing). Also, the Wi-Fi at the hotel is a bit too slow and would frequently disconnect which was a bit annoying.

They were happy to help with any requests or questions I had during my time there. Breakfast: The breakfast served on plates was a nice touch and felt more personal than a typical buffet. The offerings were decent, providing a satisfying start to the day. Room: The room itself was huge and clean. However, it wasn’t anything that negatively impacted the comfort, and the space was great for relaxing. Location: The hotel’s location is fantastic. It's within walking distance to a variety of bars and restaurants, which makes it convenient if you’re looking to explore the local food scene or have a night out.

Lighting: The lighting in the room is perfect for sleeping, but I did find it a bit too dim for reading or studying. If you're looking for a well-lit space for work, this might not be ideal.

The cleanliness. Staff behavior. Room size

Breakfast is not buffet. The choice was very limited. In 3 days we were forced to take same breakfast. There was no fruits and salads. Room was specious and clean. But me and my wife has to sleep separately because the receptionist did not accommodated our request of king size bed. Location is not ideal for travelers as there is no shopping mall nearby, no metro or train station nearby. To go anywhere you have to use taxi. The nearest mall destination cost P300 for taxi. Due to which it became costly.

I decided to stay here because the Makati area where this hotel is located seems to be relatively safe, but I didn't have any incidents that made me feel unsafe. It seems to be a historic building, but it was well maintained and I had a very comfortable stay. The staff members were the first to greet me with a smile. I especially liked the smile and hospitality of the person who opened the door at the entrance. There were about four types of breakfast to choose from, and both Filipino and Western food were available, so I don't think you'll get bored even if you stay for a few days. Everything was delicious. It seems like it would be worth paying more for such a wonderful hotel, but thanks to my Genius status, I was able to stay at a great price and I'm very satisfied.

The Wi-Fi signal was weak and would cut out frequently. It's a historic building, so I think there will be some difficulties, but I think it will be a pleasant stay if it is improved.

I liked everything i liked the style the decor for me it was very 1930s 40s style i loved it but more than that every member of the staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure i had a fantastic experience. that hotel would not have looked out of place in the heart of London. The food was top class and the service first class

The room was very good : comfortable, clean .

The breakfast was poor. I ordered fruit of the day with pancakes and there were just few peaces of fruit (not a entire fruit at all). and I ordered more but they were just gave me 2 peces more of banana ( not a whole banana). There is no gym or room area to do some sports or neither swimimpool. In this city you can't go to the street some parts of the day (very crowded, polluted, noisy) and a gym will be onsidered a plus for a 100% wellness.

From my room, I can faintly hear sounds drifting in from outside. While the noise creates a subtle background hum, it remains tolerable and doesn't disturb my peace.
