We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay very pleasant. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. A special shoutout to Jhon Jay Jobli, the room cleaner, who was especially helpful and kind throughout our stay. His attention to detail and warm demeanour really stood out and made our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

The room is smaller than I expected but however it was very clean and that’s more important The Internet WiFi broke down at least twice in 2 days, but the Hotel staff tried to manage it immediately. If your room is near to the lifts, you will hear all day all night the Lift Sounds and that can be very annoying if you try to sleep. There must be found a solution for it.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth, the room was spotless and beautifully designed, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. I especially appreciated the little touches—like the complimentary snacks, cozy bedding, and attention to detail in the decor. The location was also ideal, making it easy to explore the area. I think overall this is a very excellent hotel. The rooms were nice and modern. The beds were super comfy and each room has its own AC unit, so you can keep the room just the way you like it. Im not sure if it was just a fluke, but we had access to Netflix and Prime Video on our TV. The breakfast was good, though it did get quite repetitive. The restaurant only offers about 8 choices of meals. We were there for 2 weeks, so there were days we ate breakfast somewhere else. The location is great being near bars and restaurants in any direction you walk. The neighborhood itself itsnt the most aesthetic, but I always felt safe. The rooftop pool was really nice as well. I think that is my favorite part of the hotel.

The only issue we really had was the inconsistency of housekeeping. When they would come in to clean our room, more often than not, they would take the towels and not replace the towels. We had to call down multiple days in order to get towels. This isn't a deal breaker though. At the pool, there are very few sun loungers and only 3 umbrellas. I didn't mind, but my husband did as he does not like to be in the sun.

bed. double bed room but it like putting small bed together , not real big bed. So there is a gap at the middle of the bed. it's quite uncomfortable. But overall the bed is soft enough. the blanket thick enough.

This stay was fantastic, myself and my partner where very impressed. As soon as you walk in the staff are so kind and helpful, keen to take your bags and make you comfortable. Quick and efficient check in- no problems. The rooms was amazing, clean and comfortable. The bed was the comfiest bed. The TV also has plenty of apps for Netflix and Amazon prime. Only regret was that we didn’t hear another night. Would strongly recommend and if I come back to Manilla will definitely be staying here.

We really like the location of the hotel. There’s really good food, entertainment (bars/clubs)all within walking distance. Go check out the French restaurant beside the hotel. The hotel staffs were efficient, friendly and helpful. The rooms and toilets were kept clean. Hotel Wifi works well. We managed to get a connecting room, as there were 3 of us. It was really convenient and cosy as there’s a connecting door between the 2 rooms. There is even a spa/massage salon beside the hotel. So convenient and affordable.

Everything! The staff was attentive, the location was convenient for food, and the hotel was quiet for the most part. We had a good view of the skyline. Also, any messages that I sent to the hotel before our arrival were always answered promptly and in detail.

No smoking policy is not enforced in the pool area. Therefore, guest make the pool area an impromptu smoking lounge. We stayed at the hotel for 10 days and only able to visit the pool area and enjoy the view one time for about 20 minutes before the smokers came. Therefore, if you are a non-smoker and hate smelling the smoke, don't count on using the pool area (a.k.a smoking lounge).

The location was perfect for my work - a short walk to Salcedo. The room was good size for one with all what was needed at hand. Staff were super helpful, ready to answer all your questions. Had a problem with the hair dryer - they got it fixed in no time. I got my room earlier - which was super, at check out they checked the room and found my coupon - which they asked if I forgot. I live the honesty and readiness to help. Also very clean!

The walls are quite thin so no sound proofing. It did not bother me much but if you are sensitive to sound - keep it in mind. I prefer the breakfast in Salcedo - as for the same price got a better quality food and espresso - but that is my personal preference again. Staff at the restaurants was still super nice
