We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay very pleasant. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. A special shoutout to Jhon Jay Jobli, the room cleaner, who was especially helpful and kind throughout our stay. His attention to detail and warm demeanour really stood out and made our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

The room was spacious and elegant-looking. Free toiletries in the room were complete and a water dispenser was available in our floor so we were able to refill our drinking water. We were also able to enjoy the facilities like the rooftop pool, as well as the free breakfast in the two restaurants at the hotel.

It was indicated in the listing that the bed is a large double bed, however, in reality, it was two single beds that were pushed together to look like a double bed. This resulted in an uncomfortable gap between the beds. Although it was a minor inconvenience, we felt that the "double bed" description was misleading.

The room is smaller than I expected but however it was very clean and that’s more important The Internet WiFi broke down at least twice in 2 days, but the Hotel staff tried to manage it immediately. If your room is near to the lifts, you will hear all day all night the Lift Sounds and that can be very annoying if you try to sleep. There must be found a solution for it.

The Belamy House is great value for money. I stayed for almost a week. The customer service was great. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and the rooms are a good size. Ms. Yesha at the front reception was especially kind and helpful. I will definitely visit again. The view from the roof of the city at night is beautiful, and the pool is lovely. The pool is located on the rooftop and there are lounge chairs and sofas for relaxing.

The only thing was that instead of one big double bed, there are two beds pushed together. This was the only thing that made the bed a bit uncomfortable, but overall, it was great.

I booked a one bedroom suite and it was a delightful place to stay. I was unwell for a day in our 4 night stay and having Netflix and Amazon Prime on the tv's in both bedroom and lounge made my confinement for that day pleasurable. Location is excellent. Staff are wonderful, polite, friendly and always helpful. Bed, linen and pillows were perfect. Last 3* hotel I stopped at in Philippines (Baguio) was horrific and deserved 1*; The Belamy House deserves 4* but I give it a 5* review for its value for money and the quality of staff service (better than the recently shut 5* Sofitel that I stayed in 15 month ago).

Breakfast was ok but limited. I was always able to eat something but it could have been better; it was ok for 3*. However I did not regret ordering breakfast as part of my booking, but some others may prefer to use the many fast food restaurants within very close proximity

Loved that theres so many restaurants we got to explore during our second stay. We also tried our their gym. The place was clean. This time around we tried the one bedroom suite and its a better decision compare to their regular rooms! Bigger room, a sink, microwave and a bath tub! added perk for relaxation! I'd definitely spend another milestone here.

a minor inconvenience, we had to refresh the key card on the daily, its a quick fix, but can annoy anyone who is dead tired and rushing. Also, the pool area doesn't have a changing room.

I think overall this is a very excellent hotel. The rooms were nice and modern. The beds were super comfy and each room has its own AC unit, so you can keep the room just the way you like it. Im not sure if it was just a fluke, but we had access to Netflix and Prime Video on our TV. The breakfast was good, though it did get quite repetitive. The restaurant only offers about 8 choices of meals. We were there for 2 weeks, so there were days we ate breakfast somewhere else. The location is great being near bars and restaurants in any direction you walk. The neighborhood itself itsnt the most aesthetic, but I always felt safe. The rooftop pool was really nice as well. I think that is my favorite part of the hotel.

The only issue we really had was the inconsistency of housekeeping. When they would come in to clean our room, more often than not, they would take the towels and not replace the towels. We had to call down multiple days in order to get towels. This isn't a deal breaker though. At the pool, there are very few sun loungers and only 3 umbrellas. I didn't mind, but my husband did as he does not like to be in the sun.
