I like the location, plus it is close to a variety of restaurants, business and entertainment related facilities. The driver who picked me up from the airport was nice, helpful and polite and proactively updated me regarding the pickup location/details from the airport. The staff were polite and accommodating too and helped in providing some toietries that I was not able to bring due to transportation related issues that I encountered from the airport. They were also proactive in following-up / reminding about the housekeeping / cleaning of the room, from which I politely declined given that the room was still clean and decent given that I only arrived the previous night in their hotel. The security reliable good too, as they proactively ask the room number of the guests whenever they go in/out and update their logbooks to account for the whereabouts of their guests. The breakfast choice was limited but their servers were nice and polite too.

The toilet tiles are obviously out-dated / old. They could have make additional effort with their cleaning to make the tiles and glass door look more clean and sparkly - there are a lot of cleaning hacks to restore old tiles and make them look just as good as new. There are no hand towels or floor rugs. They only have towels in the bathroom. There were random fire alarms that got triggered on our floor and took longer before it stopped and caused some confusion if there really was an actual threat as the alarm went bit longer. Overall, I will still consider coming back here and hoping that the bathroom/toilet facilities will further improve in the future.

The room was very spacious. It had all the amenities that we needed plus more. Everyone of us (wife and kids) loved it! Location being in the heart of the Ayala CBD is a very big plus. Staff was very friendly and courteous as well. Loved the free breakfast.

The elevator. Reviews as early as Feb 2025 already mentioned it, but it still wasn't fixed when we were there. There were a couple of hours during our stay (early afternoon) where both elevators were being fixed, and the only option was to walk down the stairs. We just waited for it to be fixed instead, as we weren't in a hurry. The gym/pool area looked like it wasn't as well-maintained as the other areas. The gym wasn't airconditioned, and the pool chlorine smelled a bit stronger than what I wanted (we still swam in it though and had a good time).

The staff were extremely friendly and the location was very central to everything we needed. The room was well serviced and very clean apart from the odd cockroach.

The breakfast was a joke. If you only want something with cheese or tofu and the cheapest low quality breakfast they could get away with offering, then you will be fine. We decided to go elsewhere for breakfast even though we had paid for breakfast at the hotel. Our advice, safe your money skip the hotel breakfast. The bathroom in the room needs updating, the bath plug didn't work so water just drained straight out and the toilet flush didn't work correctly.

Stayed 2nights, booked a 3BR suite for a family of 6 adults + a baby & we were very comfortable. The unit was big, and we did not feel cramped in any way at all. There were 3 rooms, 3 bathrooms, and a sizable kitchen - we only used the microwave, but there was a complete set of cooking implements. Also, location is a major plus as you’re within walking distance of the park, good restaurant options, a drug store, a convenience store, and a supermarket.

The aircon unit in the Master’s BR was malfunctioning, but we refused to transfer as we had already settled in. We keep the door open instead and relied on the common area aircon units to keep the room cool enough. 1 of 2 elevators was broken / under maintenance, so you had to call each time for an assist to go up / down. The staff is nice & accommodating though. Not a deal breaker, but it can be difficult having the main entrance security guard physically block the door with his body when questioning what room you’re booked in, much less being questioned on the number of people you have in your room.

Stayed here a couple of years ago, so had no hesitation about going back. Place hasn’t changed that much since the last visit. Apartment we stayed in was well appointed and very spacious. A/C was very efficient, bed was comfy and breakfast was tolerable. Have to give a shout out to the staff who were lovely and couldn’t do enough to help. Will certainly stay again if I’m visiting Makati.

Not a lot to carp about, except for the bacon being cremated at breakfast time. Other than that have no complaints.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Infinity Tower Suites in Makati, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome from the staff. They were incredibly accommodating and ensured my check-in process was seamless. The suites are spacious and beautifully designed, with modern furnishings and stunning city views. I particularly loved the comfortable bed and the well-equipped kitchenette, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The bathroom was also a highlight, featuring a rain shower that felt like a luxurious spa experience. The location is perfect for exploring Makati, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. I enjoyed walking around the area and discovering local gems. The rooftop pool was a fantastic bonus! It offered breathtaking views of the skyline, making it the ideal spot to unwind after a busy day. The lounge area was also a great place to relax with a book or enjoy a drink. Overall, my experience at Infinity Tower Suites was fantastic. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and prime location made it a memorable stay. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Makati!

Entry/exit to the bldg is secured; spacious floorspace for families and kids--roomy bedrooms and living room like a penthouse; free parking; friendly staff; location and accessibility to shopping, convenient stores (7-11) and restaurants; overall we're happy to accommodate visiting families.

Since the bldg is outdated, one of the kitchen sinks is leaky; old fridge also leaks but we managed to put a towel outside. One thing we observed--cleaning crew came to clean the room without a vacuum cleaner...why is that when they should be sucking clean the dirt from the carpet and wooden floor.

The location was ideal with so many food choices around. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The room looked like it was freshly painted so it looked clean and white, but the toilet/shower was outdated with the tile design of the sink and the old bathtub, but it had a bidet, functioning toilet, hot shower, and a wide mirror, so I didn't mind it at all.

The previous reviews about the one elevator had improved, there are two functioning elevator, but it smells of rugby, paint and old wood. Its very old even the buttons were almost illegible. The comment on the slow housekeeping had improved as well, they were quick to respond to my requests. The refrigerator was leaking/defrosting even though it was turned on. The air-conditioning was old and had a dusty smell when you initially turn it on but this resolves when you just keep it on and running. Now the breakfast, you can opt out of it. The food was ordered through the restaurant on the ground floor and it just lacks flavor..Just have breakfast elsewhere.

It's one of those decent OG hotels in Makati, so you'll sense the "old but stylish atmosphere", it is clean and safe. Staff were professional and helpful. My upgraded room was big, clean and with good lighting. There's a lot of potential with that space. With complimentary drinking water; complete kitchen amenities. Place is in a safe neighborhood, a good 15 to 20minutes walking distance to the CBD (and malls); there are good restos, cafes and convenience stores nearby.

Just a minor one-- Shower fixture is a bit old so it made a squeaky noise when in use.

I had a wonderful stay at Infinity Tower Suites! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. My suite was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view of the city. The location is perfect—close to shopping and dining. I especially enjoyed the pool; it’s a great spot to relax. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely be returning!
