The shower's water pressure is too low

Location was wonderful, facilities in general were superb, check in and check out processes were very smooth, payment managed by booking so also very easy. Starbucks and local cafe nearby makes it very easy to stay

One particular thing that disturbed me is the low pressure and temperature of the shower. The temperature of the water is never more than "warm", so is basically impossible to have a "hot" shower. Also, the pressure of the water is not very high, even at the highest level. I would expect that a hotel / residences with this positioning would allow to have higher pressure or temperatures on the shower.

The room was very big and the bed comfortable! The staff was really nice. Breakfast was included and it is in the coffee shop next door, you have a few options to pick, everything really nice. We only stay for 2 nights, we arrive by 23 hrs and we didn't have any problems, check in and check out was easy, good location about 20 minutes to the airport by car with no traffic. It had a kitchen, a mini fridge, they bring a bottle of water everyday as well.

The only thing it would be the air-conditioning, it was a bit loud, but everything else was good!

The TV didn’t work, cable was out, even after several attempts. Air conditioning was window type, which is completely fine but it faces away from the bed, making a warm area near the huge glass window. Door had a small gap from the floor making noise from people in the hallways pass through very easily. The restaurant partner serving breakfast was understaffed several days in the week we were there, making us wait 30 minutes for food.

This is the third time we have stayed in this hotel. We like the location, the size of the room, and its proximity to the airport. Since this is a service apartment, you not only get a bed but also a kitchen complete with a microwave, cooker, plates and cutlery, and a dining table. If your room comes with breakfast, you will get to eat at a restaurant next door called 'George and Onnies', which offers Filipino dishes and a wide variety of pastries for breakfast.

As I said, this is our third time staying in this hotel. This time, I noticed some deterioration in the service. First, hand towels are no longer provided, so you must use your bath towels to wipe your hands after washing. Second, they only provide one key card, which can be inconvenient if there are two of you. They used to give one to every guest. Once, after breakfast, I went to our room ahead of my wife. My wife could not go up to our room because the elevator needed a key card. Thirdly, I was given a bath towel that had stains on it.

Central to Makati - great location! Nice view of the city from floor to ceiling windows. Serviced apartment - bed made, trash emptied and room and restroom cleaned everyday if so desired. Ideal for longer stays. Small kitchen if cooking is an option. Clean and comfortable beds. Aircon works nicely. Clean bathrooms with warm water. Swimming pool and gym - good amenities! Pleasant staff - friendly Great value for the money

Weak water pressure from bidet and shower. TV is outdated. Wifi isn't the best. Signal is weak periodically and wifi disconnects. Hand towels upon request - should not have to be requested. Should automatically be included.

The property is situated perfectly just in the middle of Makati’s business district with access to mall, park, restaurants and a lot more. This is one of the best place I’ve stayed where the rooms are spotless clean and well looked after and smells good too. It was a cherry on top when the hotel staff surprised me with delectable high quality pastries in one of my stays to celebrate my birthday. I would definitely go back and stay even longer. Perfection in almost everything. Kudos to all the staff who made my stay extra special.

I was upgraded to 1-Bedroom suite which was greatly appreciated. The location was great and there is a Starbucks Reserve next to the lobby of the hotel. The breakfast coupon can be redeemed anytime from 7:00am till 8:00pm and it is very nice as I could sleep late over the weekends and still able to utilise the coupon. The food was exceptional and lovely. All in, I would highly recommend this place for your stay and I would be back again for my next business trip.

The aircon was a bit old and quite noisy.

Breakfast was good but service was slow. While located in a nice area, I may have enjoyed staying closer to LRT lines. Room was as described. Lots of pillows provided. The front desk was nice. The gym was good but warm. Lots near the hotel. Restaurants, 7-11s, mixue, spas,…

It didn’t get cold in the room. The air con was working, the fan was loud, but the room was warm. I tried playing with the remote but no luck. They advertise lots of tv channels but they didn’t all work. The water delivered in a bottle was weird. I would have preferred sealed plastic bottles. You must be thin to enter the shower.
