Location is good, near the Salcedo Weekend market, several good restaurants and cafes, as well as walking distance to Greenbelt shopping area. Staff are always helpful and welcoming. They were also flexible on our earlier check-in, which made things easier as I was travelling with a child.

Our toilet at room 1506 had squidgy tiles (water accumulated underneath and so it shifts and makes a sound when you step on it); also a lingering damp smell in the kitchen / living room. I've stayed in Citadines a few times and this is the first time I've encountered this, so likely an exceptional case. Just need to ensure attentiveness on the maintenance.

This is my fourth stay at Citadines Salcedo if I'm not wrong. I didn't have to think of alternative accomodations while in Manila because I've always had a good stay here, from the staff to the comfortable room to the location. This time round, I was a little apprehensive because the reviews on booking.com were on the negative side. But I realized it was related to the breakfast because the cafe that serves breakfast was under renovation. Hence breakfast was being delivered to the rooms but came cold. However, I realised it was a minor problem. The staff did their best to bring breakfast according to the time I indicated. And the portions were very substantial. A bit on the cold side but you could heat it up in the microwave. I still enjoyed my stay overall. Room was spacious and if there was anything I needed, I just needed to ask and the staff would do their best to help. Like I wanted more towels and they delivered. Thank you to the friendly and wonderful staff who always had a smile on their faces and greeted me when I left or returned to the hotel.

Housekeeping can be improved. The shower gel and hair conditioner ran out on the second day of my stay while I was showering. It shouldn't happen if housekeeping checked while cleaning the room. I used the washing machine and the dryer at the laundrette. However, the dryer didn't work. I realized that when I took the clothes out of the dryer. Hope this can be rectified. One of the staff members was kind to help us with using the newer dryer.

The property is well located. Close to the major shopping malls. Our room was clean, and has well appointed kitchen with free drinking water. The staff are very nice and welcoming, from the front desk to the bell boys. They are very helpful. We especially want to thank the two Bisaya men, like us, who helped my sister find her lost ring. They were all very accommodating.

We did not like that we have to request for extra towels and/or hand towels everyday because they only provide towel sets for one person, even if they know that there are two guests in that room. It was very inconvenient.

From the moment I arrived, everything about my stay was exceptional. The service provided by the staff was outstanding – special thanks to Nicole and Ricky, who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience. The room were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering a perfect blend of comfort and functionality. The breakfast buffet was a delight, with a great variety of delicious options to start the day right. One of the highlights of my stay was the amazing rooftop pool – perfect for a relaxing dip with a great city view. The gym was also well-equipped, making it easy to stay on track with fitness goals while traveling. Location-wise, Citadines Salcedo is unbeatable – it's nestled in a peaceful neighborhood while still being close to everything you might need in Makati. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Manila – whether for business or leisure. I’ll definitely be back!

Breakfast has continental options and the staff is super friendly. After a while they knew our orders by heart! The room is spacious has a comfortable bed and space to work, it is also a fully equipped kitchen which was great! The wifi works for days, and throughout the hotel, however, sometimes it was a bit slow for video calls, for everything else it was great! The lobby was always clean and organized and the staff were quick to help as well.

There were times in which a dirty pillow sham was left behind or something from the cleaning was left behind, no biggie, but it was surprising. For a fully equipped kitchen, the small fridge was not the best option, meaning that you would have to go to the supermarket every day or every second day because the fridge was too small.

Great location - nearby malls, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, banks. Staff are friendly and helpful - from doorman to front desk staff. The studio is spacious (we are 2 adults with 1 M-size checked in luggage and 2 cabin luggage), it also comes with a small kitchenette equipped with pots and pans, cooking utensils, plates/bowls and cutleries. It also has swimming pool, jacuzzi, small gym (eliptical, treadmill, dumbbells) and chargeable, self-service launderette. Highly recommend for business travellers, as well as single, couple and families.

The price. It is a little bit pricey.

The service from the staff was excellent. Although I had a little issue when I first arrived. This issue was discussed with Mr Ryle Sylvester and although the issue could not be resolved due to refurbishments. Mr Sylvester attempted to do everything within his power to resolve the problem. A great hotel, that I have utilised in a number of occasions previously. The staff go above and beyond to do all they can to make your stay perfect.

Laundry worked very well - Room came with a huge jug of drinking water - AC works very well - WiFi works very well - Hot tub!! - Super nice that you can get room service food delivered. - Room was not ready for check-in by 5pm - Napkins or paper towels would be nice in the apartment rooms. No place to hang the provided kitchen towel - WiFi kinda bad in the common areas / hallways - Elevators pretty slow and very hot - The hair dryer is stored in the bedroom, not the bathroom, making it hard to find - Plugs fall right out of some of the outlets in the bathroom and near desk - Apartment floor was sticky; felt gross - Super tiny kitchen trash can. Not even big enough to fit disposable room service food containers which is silly - The breakfast is extremely small, and took one hour to get it delivered to room - Room doors slam shut really loudly - Alarm clock is 6 minutes off - Jets in the hot tub are seemingly broken

The staff is top notch! Always with a smile and helping hand. Special thanks to Tin, who did housekeeping for my room. She is so cheerful, smiley and professional. The staff at reception is also a wonderful bunch! This isn't my first stay here and each time gets better. Rooms are spacious and clean. Location is fabulous, plenty of eateries, laundrette, convenience stores, cafes. Breakfast is fantastic, plenty of choices. U won't get bored if u stay longer. Gym and pool also wonderful! Will definitely stay here again when I'm in Manila.

We booked a room that had a double bed and a sofa bed, but upon arrival the sofa bed was actually just a sofa so it couldn’t really sleep anyone on it and we had to order an additional bed. The room description was quite misleading in this sense and would say it should have definitely cost less considering it fit less people than expected.
