The ambiance of condo type is excellent.. it is near to pearson vue just 5mins away from the hotel

Limited chair for customers while waiting to be accomodated. Some staff are not approachable.. some security guard are not nice to customers.. they are just nice to well dressed individual..

I liked the staff they were all very pleasant and helpful.

Thank goodness I'm not afraid of cockroachess! Property needs pest control! That's all other than that I had a good stay. Picture posted here. Just for evidence lol! Also found them at the breakfast area sooooo........ 🪳

1. The room was clean, however, you need to freshen it up - spray it or place an air freshener. 2. On our 3rd day, the AC was dripping with water. I requested to be shifted to a room on the same floor coz it's so inconvenient to move from 1 floor to the other. The reply was no room that matches the same room that we have. Well well well, is it because we are not foreigners? I'm sure if we were foreigners, we will be shifted on the same floor. I was not expecting to be upgraded, I just requested to be in the same floor. 3. During breakfast, there were flies on the food.

One Pacific Place has always been our choice because my sister has a condominium unit on the 16th floor. We check-in to be in the building. It’s in a prime location, close to everything we need to be in the heart of Makati City.

My husband and I had to be relocated to a different unit because of a leak from the ceiling. It’s a maintenance issue, but my other sister (who is visiting from the States had the same dilemma). The property management has to really see these matters as major issues that needs to be addressed.

Feels secure with a guard and non-guest cannot go up the rooms without keycard. The room is large to fit our suitcases. Toilet and kitchenette facilities are enough for overnight stay. The staff are courteous and friendly. Buffet breakfast is sufficient and good to have an in-house restaurant downstairs. Many walking distance restaurants nearby.

It is still a fair distance to walk to the major malls in SM, Glorietta and Greenbelt.

the first room they gave me had cockroaches, the air conditioning leas leaking. not only that, I had some local delicacies that I intended to take home with me as presents to my friends but my room cleaner lost or threw it away without notifying me. in fairness after I have informed the reception of the room problem they gave me another room.

The rooms are spacious, clean and affordable

We arrived late for check in, and the booked 2 bedroom was not provided on that day. We were given 1 bedroom and single room which was slightly uncomfortable for my kids as we planned to spend time together in Manila. But rooms provided were also comfortable. Thank you. Just a suggestion, maybe guests can be provided with complementary bottled water even with only limited quantity especially when booking for more than 2 days.

Frontdesk staff is accommodating. Place is very accessible and food at the restaurant is good. Free breakfast is a plus too but brewed coffee has a taste of the perculator. Thank you for the free room upgrade!

Towels are worn out and bathroom has no curtain and can be seen by other buildings though not that near to be seen without the aid of binoculars.

Pool was nice and the staff at reception desk were attentive

Definitely in a business district so very few dining options on weekends. Housekeeping staff needs some help. We had to request coffee packets almost every day and didn’t get any towels one day. Breakfast was not very good and very limited choices.

It was clean, sheets and pillows were comfy. The room had a desk so I was able to put in some extra studying very comfortably the day prior to my exam

Towels were a bit threadbare.
