This is a hidden gem in Makati. The rooms are quite large and very nicely furnished. The view from the apartment was nice (could even seen the Manila Bay sunset in the distance). There is a well equipped kitchen and washing machine/dryer. The bathroom is nice and there is plenty of closet space. The staff are universally polite and helpful. The pool is excellent (though there is no sun in the afternoon) and the gym is quite large and well equipped. There is a 7-11 and a small mall with a well-stocked grocery store. The breakfast selection is quite good.

This hotel is not quite as centrally located in Makati as some others - Greenbelt is about a 20 minute walk away for example (but only a short ride). But this minor inconvenience is compensated for by all the advantages listed above.

Everyone was kind and helpful. All the staff we came across were wearing smiles and ready to help. I was with my 85-year-old Aunt and 72-year-old Dad. We booked at the Alpha Suites due to its proximity to the Samsung Theatre. The front desk staff, along with the guards, were so helpful, ensuring we got to the theatre on time. The 2 Bedroom Deluxe Suite also exceeded our expectations. The photos did not do it justice. Everything was working, very clean. A lot of selection at the breakfast buffet, too! All in all, very delightful stay. Will come back.

This place is incredible. Friendly staff and an amazing building with outstanding facilities. We couldn't believe what is inside the building - everything you can think of in terms of leisure facilities. The 2 bed apartment that we had was huge, comfortable and very well equipped. The view was stunning. The only thing that lets the place down is the very noisy fan at the otherwise lovely swimming pool. It made our visit to the pool far less enjoyable than it would have been without the noise. We ate lunch at the restaurant near the pool though and that was delicious. Alpha Suites provided the perfect accommodation for our overnight stay in Manila on our way to Palawan.

The hotel is clean, easily accessible, and brand new. The swimming pool, gym, and restaurants are all top class. The gym itself is commercial grade. There is a mall attached to the building with many options for food, health, beauty, etc… there is also a supermarket aswell with all the familiar brands and premium stuff. 24/7 this place has you covered. The best thing about this place is the staff. The reception staff, the concierge, the waiters at the breakfast area, they are all top class and friendly. They are very genuine and always eager to help. Communication is very good aswell. The rooms are immaculate and well put together. The value for money is great. I usually don’t write reviews. But this place really deserves the best review.

Someone cleaned up the room and changed bedsheets/towel and amenities even though the sign on the door was not placed for service, I have mixed feelings about that, on one hand the service was nice but on the other hand it wasn't what I asked for. The Cisco phone was stuck on registering and not working.

Reception and Housekeeping were friendly. This is pur 4th time in this service apartment. Probably will be the last. Time to explore other services. Just 1 security guard stationed at the pool area was a bit off. She was telling us that eating at the table near the pool was not allowed. Which we did not know. But the manner could be improved. We quickly kept our food but her face was scary. Maybe re-training her would be beneficial.

Apart from the security guard mentioned above, the wifi is on and off during our stay.

The location and cleanliness are second to none. Great facilities with super polite staff Second time being there and will only choose this place because of the kitchen and washer and dryer in suite . The pool facilities were very clean and enjoyable..

The breakfast buffet was OK Lots of choices, but being from Canada, I did find the choices a little limited.

We travelled for business so staying in Makati put us right in the middle of CBD and it was the perfect spot. The Alpha Suites had everything we needed and more. An entire floor dedicated to cuisines from around the world, a huge gym, the pool was superb and the staff were so welcoming. I would definitely stay again.

One of our bathrooms had an unusual smell. Fortunately this was our third bathroom and we didn't need to use it.

I just love this place. This is a very specious apartment, is equipped with modern facilities and a large bedroom. It has everything I need and I feel like I'm at home, not on a business trip. The staff is very helpful and all. Love the experience. Will definitely go back.

Deposit upfront could be an issue. There are not many options for breakfast, the food is not my cup of tea.

The property is located in the heart of Makati city right across from the police station, fire station and Makati City Hall. The apartment was clean and staff were so friendly and helpful. There is a convenience store close by for snacks and additional alcohol. Every morning the complimentary breakfast was different and delicious. Willie and JM and Ralph helped with special requests. Every time we asked for something in the room within minutes staff arrived to assist. The restaurants were also so good. Well done Alpha Suites. Thank you A-Team ❤️
