Nice and big room with all comforts

The staff was not very much helpful not prepare to give info about the city Couldn’t even organize a PRIVATE tour of the city They charged 2700 php for a transfer from the airport, a theft!! The transfer back to the airport costed us 450 php !! We booked with GRAB which is a very good app ( like Uber!)

This is our third or fourth stay at this property and it is always such a pleasure. But what I noticed this time around was that even the bellmen/porters were so polite and well-spoken but also empowered to do things like help us check if a room would be available earlier than originally planned. The bellman on our arrival saw that we had so much luggage and event paraphernalia and when we asked if we could leave them for safekeeping before check-in, he immediately said he would try to find out if we could secure a room earlier. We were able to come up to our room very quickly and this was such a blessing, as it gave us time to have a bite, freshen up and rest a bit before plunging into a series of planned events that afternoon/evening. For me, the true test of a company is when its staff feel empowered to make a spot assessment and take appropriate steps where needed. Seda Residences Makati, YOU ARE DOING SOMETHING RIGHT! DON'T STOP! This is the kind of service that BUILDS LOYALTY. We will definitely see you again later this year, and for many years to come.

Absolutely nothing. I just wish we could have stayed longer and during a less hectic time for us, as we had many events planned during our stay.

Exceptional Stay at Seda Residences Makati I recently had the pleasure of staying at Seda Residences Makati, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the experience was nothing short of outstanding. 🏨 Spacious and Well-Appointed Rooms My one-bedroom suite was a haven of comfort and convenience. It featured a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, induction cooktop, rice cooker, and a full-size refrigerator—perfect for preparing meals. The living area was spacious, and the king-sized bed ensured a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was equally impressive, offering a deep soaking tub and a separate shower, along with high-quality. The only downside of the room was the TV. The TV is not smart enough to connect to Netflix or prime. 🍽️ Delicious Dining Options Each morning, I enjoyed a complimentary buffet breakfast at Misto, the hotel's restaurant. The spread was diverse, featuring both Western and Southeast Asian dishes, fresh fruits, and a salad bar. 🏊‍♂️ Relaxing Amenities The rooftop pool offered stunning views of Makati's skyline, providing a serene spot to unwind. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the lounge area was perfect for relaxation. 💼 Professional and Friendly Staff The staff at Seda Residences Makati were exemplary. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was courteous, professional, and eager to assist. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean and comfortable.

A holding deposit of 4000 PHP was requested on arrival and I was advised it would not be taken from my account and it was. In checkout, my amount owing was more than the bond as I billed a dinner and was charged an extra night for a 6 pm checkout. Instead of taking the bond off the amount owning, I was required to pay the full amount owed and role that the bond would be cancelled but would take 3-5 days to be put back into my account. I don’t recall the requirement for this deposit arrangement being advised at the time of booking.

Most helpful caring attentive service we've ever had in decades of travel in all dedtinations. 20yrs since I last visited and we were just overwhelmed with Seda Makati's excellent client service. The brekky spread was top notch and much variety. the staff esp Jasmine Elexa Danica and rest of brekky team always ensured we're taken care of. nothing too hard for them. service is very personal we felt like we are more than customers and friends instead. they deserve recognition and pay rise. indeed they are assets for Seda. stayed for nearly a month and service never waned. we wld defo be back.

This hotel is outstanding! From the front desk staff to the housekeeping personnel, they are attentive and friendly. The daily complimentary breakfast differed every day. I loved the fresh local fruit! The 2 bedroom apartment I booked was outstanding. Everything was immaculate and clean. There is no balcony but the view is beautiful. I saw the whole city. The pool area has the same view since it's on the 19th floor.

The location is in the business side of Makati, so it was lovely and quiet over the weekend without all the weekday workers. It's a very quick Grab ride away from the International Airport. There are some exceptional cafes and restaurants in the area that stay open late. I loved the room, the breakfast was located on the top level with stunning city views and the food was varied and delicious. The staff are all very polite, hospitable and helpful, and the facilities are world-class, clean and feel modern.

Not a fan that hotel guests have to go down to Lobby on level 19, then catch another lift to go to Ground floor, however the lifts are fast and there is barely any wait outside of peak periods.

An extremely convenient location, with convenient store and dining options available in the adjacent mall. It was also nearby to train stations, and central for tourists––near to the airport, Intramuros area, Poblacion and BGC (which were popular for bars and restaurants). The room and rooftop restaurant offered a great view overseeing the city. Generally, the room was spacious and comfortable. The pool was nice too altho a little too dark in the evening for general safety.

They had a 24-hour service desk, and overall staff were friendly but wasn't felt throughout the stay as only selected few (who look like managers) would proactively reach out, as I watched several, including myself, struggled to carry our breakfasts to the outdoor sitting area due to a manual glass door and no help was extended even if there was a crew member stationed nearby. The turnover rate for breakfast was rather slow too, and often times had to request for utensils from the crew members. Additionally, the dividing panel to the shower wasn't sealed well, and water would flow outwards. The drenched floor towel was left as is even after housekeeping, which was appalling.

We had a 2 bedroom suite with living room/dining room and kitchen amenities. Perfect for our family of 4 with my 16 month grandchild. We had a gorgeous view of the city from every room. The breakfast was great with so many different options, a traditional Filipino breakfast to America BF of Bacon, pancake and Eggs and all the bread pastries, and also brunch options of cooked veggies, soups, stews and meat options. Rooftop restaurant with outdoor and indoor seating and city views was fabulous! We also loved the staff - very attentive and helpful and always there to greet us. The 1 hr massage with hotstones we had in our room was phenomenal!

This is quickly becoming my go-to place for clean rooms and high-end facilities at a price point below that of the other hotels in Makati. It is modern, everything works, breakfast is good, pool is nice, the nights on the rooftop are good, the staff are excellent, and it is a good place to work, the view is good, the room is light and user friendly. Basically it is a quality set-it-and-forget-it situation which is great. It is not the Four Seasons but for the price it is the best I have found.

There is no entrance on the street so drivers sometimes have difficultly locating the entrance which is in a circular drive of office towers and a mall. The elevator goes from Ground to Lobby (which is where the pool is) and then you take another elevator bank to your room; after a while this gets tiresome. These are quibbles.
