The rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is excellent with many good cafes and restaurants nearby. Pool area is also nice.

The simplest room is very small which makes it difficult to unpack/pack and can be quite irritating. The other rooms, with a very small price difference, are much more comfortable. The second time we stayed, there was a characteristic bathroom smell. Some rooms face a wall so no view. Generally, no significant problems.

I loved the location and convenience. The staff were generally helpful, and they always cleaned-up well.

• They do not have a viber/WhatsApp line - and because they're always busy, it's harder for us out-of-towners to contact them because the response time is slower • The mini-fridge was never cold, even the replacement one. I would suggest they replace it with a better functioning model. • the TV mount needs to be readjusted (or replaced) so my neck doesn't have to twist so much. • Housekeeping did a sweep and I thought I had everything. They didn't do a thorough sweep because I realised I left something behind. (This part is not a big issue by the way) I arrived early but I could not leave my other bag with them because they did not have a safe space for valuables. I understood, but I was just exhausted from a red-eye flight.

Staff were great, really pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed the gym and pool throughout the holiday. Small but well designed room that had everything I needed. Central point for walk to lots restaurant, bar, and cafes.

Only small point was the timber framed bed was larger than the mattress provided. This resulted in the right angle timber being exposed. I did manage to "bang" my shin off this twice and cut my skin. My fault for not being careful but the mattress should cover the frame. this was room 1013.

Very good value for the price. The room was small but perfect for a couple. Toilet and shower only separated from the room itself by partitioned glass but the shower was large. There was a small refrigerator but no microwave or cooking element but at the prices for food in Makati; you can eat out every day breakfast lunch and dinner without breaking the bank. I utilized the fitness room almost every day. There were a few treadmills, an elliptical, and some stationary bikes, a tree of dumbells max 20 kilo dumbbells. I used the 4 ft deep lap pool only once at night and the area wasn't adequately lit. The pool wasn't heated but it was nice and large and I probably would have had a better experience in the daytime. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Eton Mini Suites in Makati

I liked the Eton Towers. it was a nice place to stay. The staff was very friendly and it was very close to everything.

It was a nice place to stay except for 2 things. the room was so tiny that there wasn't anywhere really good to put my luggage. There was no luggage rack to speak of and the space was so small (very narrow rooms, seems very common there) there was only space enough for a small folding table. I just ended up setting my luggage against the wall and when I needed to get into them, I put them on the bed and opened them there. The only other issue was the fact that the walls must be very thin. We could easily hear the neighbors and the hallway. Especially the one night the neighbors were having sex lol. Yes kind of funny but not great if you don't want to hear something like that.

Location, Clean, Aesthetic lobby and hallway. there's safe for personal belongings, huge mirrors, and a hair blower. The view was amazing, i love the fact that it was a sky rise building and it's walking distance and near ayala malls, sm, landmark, parking was okay too. and the smell of the parking is pretty good. Staff were very accommodating though hopefully they are smiley too but i know they might be tired already so it's okay but they act fast when we request something and solves are problems and concerns very quickly.

No chair(s), didnt know how to open netflix, the vibe with the capable was a bit boring and off (that's just personal preference).

The room although on the smaller side had all the necessities specifically good water pressure and proper shower temperature. I was in the area obtaining minor cosmetic surgery. Despite taking all precautions blood from my head had soaked into the pillow. The pillow case was easily cleaned. The hotel was very understanding charging solely 300 pesos for the inadvertent damage to their pillow.These are reasonable people along with running a top notch value oriented hotel.i travel extensively 4-6 times a year, so I would know. These are good guys. Also they booked me a Grab so I could get on my way. No muss no fuss. This is the way to run a hotel.

Nothing excellent check-in and check out.

Room is nice and ok, clean and bright, cozy, generous in pillows (4 pcs) and towels, slippers, complimentary bottled water, fast wifi and cable tv ok. i love the swimming pool, my grandsons loves also. friendly and very accommodating lady housekeeper (did not get her name) working in our floor (12th floor) i did not encounter any problem during check-in and check-out, fast and friendly people too booked here 3x already and im gonna book it again near my office, mall, park and lots of restaurant near by

Room - no table and chair, no electric kettle, no cup, no fork & spoon only drinking glasses gym - few machines/equipment no hotel restaurant

The tower is perfectly located in the center of the city. Lots of things to do around the tower and everything is accessible, it’s a perfect staycation honestly. Room itself gives so much value for its price: water pressure is perfect alongside the water heater. Bidet works well. The view is relaxing and nice to see before and after going to sleep. The cable TV has good coverage, we actually got to watch MAMA 2024.

Not a lot of bad things in the property. The walls are pretty thin and you can hear some stuff in the next room (we heard every dirty stuff the room besides us were doing lol no judgment, just surprised). Also, requested some spare towel and dental kit on our first night and didn’t get it.

What I liked: 1. Convenient Location: The hotel is centrally located in Makati, making it easy to access shopping centers, restaurants, and business districts. The Dela Rosa walkway was also accessible in the building. 2. Quiet. Despite the central location, I didn't feel like I was in the middle of Makati. 3. Friendly Staff: The staff were polite and helpful. They worked fast, and were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests.

What I didn't like: Room Size: The rooms were smaller than I expected. Although they were well-designed, the limited space made it feel a bit cramped, especially for an extended stay. Mini Suites was right. :P
