It was in makati which is near alot of food places. There is even a restaurant that's connected to the hotel. The room was very spacious and very nice looking. The view from the balcony was nice. A full kitchen is available and the fridge is quite large for a hotel fridge. I would definitely stay here again but would definitely go for the loft instead.

The shower temp was either too hot or too cold. It was really difficult to shower due to this. The microwave was broken. Although they did replace it an hour after I made a call about it. The bed is super firm. I prefer a softer bed.

Only stayed one night, so didn’t get to see anything other than the foyer, lift and hotel room. Room was very well appointed with everything you might need for a longer stay. Particularly liked the fact that the bedroom area could be closed off - which is particularly useful in the event of noisy neighbours.

No complaints other than the fact the showers weren’t working and the sliding doors were broken. Parking is a bit on the snug side, but free parking in Makati is a real bonus. Was a chore finding the car park entrance - if you’re driving, ignore the GPS and stop and ask for directions.

Location was very convenient and safe esp. its proximity to Greenbelt. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Found out too late that the overhead shower wasn't working and there was no English instruction as to how to get it to work. As we were rushing and couldn't wait for staff assistance, we made do with the tap. Informed the desk attendant upon check out who was very apologetic about it. Apparently, it was a common issue amongst their guests who needed assistance to make it work. Hopefully this time they will leave written English instructions to assist their guests in addressing this issue if its easily fix to avoid the inconvenience.

Beautiful surroundings with an activity park and lots of greenery. Next to the Sunday Market venue & walking distance from the Mall with well known high street and designer shops. Next to 7/11 store. Studio room with kitchenette, nice ensuite with walk in shower & full toiletries provided. Restaurant next to the reception had a lovely ambience with delicious snacks and meals. But the best thing was the wonderful staff who went over and above the call of duty at every step - special thanks to Jessy, AJ & Queen to mention just a few. Have already booked a return trip in the same room!

Location: Area was quiet in the evenings. Taxis were difficult to flag as well & "Grab" drivers struggled to find their way there because of the one way system.

The room was clean and tidy. The cleaners were excellent and very approachable. The staff on the desk were also excellent. We will come again next year as we always do.

The television was a disappointment. We couldn’t get any channels initially until someone came and said they had a problem and managed to get us channels on YouTube.

I was asked for a deposit of 2k prior check in using my credit card. Upon check out, I asked the staff for the refund of my 2k deposit however I was advised that refund will be processed later that day and that I will be advised of the status via email but up to now, I have not received any advise from iether KL Tower or Booking.com. This is actually frustrating, I should have deposited in cash instead of credit card

Very good location. Very near to the Makati centre. Lots of shops and eateries around. Very safe Good WiFi Clean. Staff ready to help, friendly Nono’s located at the same premises is a good restaurant.

For the colour scheme of the studio was somewhat depressive - dark orange and grey. But it’s an individual impression which might have been a reflection of not liking the city itself

Good working shower with soap and enough towels for two people. Nice little kitchen with utensils, knifes , forks , cups , plates and microwave. Some HBO film channels. Balcony. Decent pool and sauna. Great location close to Greenbelt. Pretty good WiFi. Friendly and helpful staff. Working telephone. Good size fridge. Complimentary water. Comfy bed. three elevators. good and responsiive maitenance team.

No toilet brush. No toaster. High service charge when asked to order a taxi/grab. No bedside light. Poor lighting in the kitchen area. Very tatty, old and unwelcoming lobby area. No Netflix.

Very friendly staff, especially when I asked to move rooms because of the noise coming from renovations in the room next door. Decent-sized unit with kitchen in a good location.

It's a little old and felt like the air conditioners had not been cleaned in a long time

Excellent place to stay in Makati. Ten minute walk to a large mall, nice park right across the street, very clean facilities and room, very nice and accommodating stages. Overall a very nice place to stay

My only complaint is sometimes there is only one elevator available but not too much of a wait
