We had a great stay at this hotel. The security was excellent, and the location was very convenient as the mall is nearby, as well as laundry service if needed. The hotel was impressively clean, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome. The room was well-maintained, with hot water, reliable air conditioning, and a spotless space. We also appreciated them holding our luggage for us after checkout—it was a big help. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we’d definitely recommend it to others. We would stay here again!

Extremely friendly and courteous staff. Very quick to fix any problem I had. A slow draining sink was fixed within 10mins. Good location in walking distance to the Malls. Not too far from the airport. The king size bed is very comfy (firm rather than soft) and the room is of a descent size.

The only thing that could be done better is that the hotel needs a refurbishment. Starting to look a little dated, especially the carpet leading to the rooms. Other than that, it was an enjoyable stay.

The hotel is well located. It was walking distance to Greenbelt and Landmark mall. All the staffs were very nice and proactive. They always smile and greet all the time they see you. We appreciate all the assistance from the guard, receptionists, waiters and even the housekeeping. All of them are very proactive. I can say that eventhough the facilities and the rooms are okay, it was really the staffs who gives a big impact why our stay was nice and comfortable. My mother and I were also upgraded and we appreciate the gesture.

Our AC was leaking on our last day but the staffs were very helpful and took an action right away. The lift buttons were not working properly and it was hard to push it.

I liked the location. I’d read alot of good reviews about the hotel so I thought I’d give it a go. We stayed in a business king room with breakfast. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Toiletries provided including toothbrush/toothpaste. Very good air conditioner. The pillows weren’t the best but we only stayed one night so I didn’t ask if they had a pillow service. I would have swapped them over if I was staying longer. But every other request was met with a smile and no bother at all. The staff are very accommodating and helping. The breakfast had a good variety to choose from. We were able to get a late checkout to 1pm at no extra cost and they kept our luggage for a little afterwards while we went to grab a bit to eat at the Greenbelt food court. That is well worth a visit. Very good food. We had an evening flight to get to and the staff were very helpful in calling a grab for us to get to the airport on time. Overall it’s a great place to stay.

Hospitality and very kindly and helpfull staff. Very good beds ... Excellent located in Manila ... As well business/Embassies as malls ...

Breakfast is good, certainly for Filipino/Japanese ... not to complain but as European foreigner i look sometimes to something like cheese/piece if charcuterie (personal wish) ,.. but i live in the Philippines. I stayed i think at least 7 times in this hotel on PERFECT location

Hotel’s prime location - very near to Greenbelt and just 25 minutes to and from the airport. Check-in process is very smooth, with the friendly and professional staff ensuring a warm welcome. Spacious room with nice big bed, high pressure shower, hot and cold shower. Very clean Quiet too…..you cannot hear vehicles outside unlike other 4 star hotels in Makati. Nice breakfast

The carpet at the hallway is dilapidated and worn out. But not an issue once you are in your clean room!

The is no public transport available anywhere close. Thereby one becomes Taxi dependent to visit most areas of interest.

Excellent staff and breakfast. This hotel is located in Makati so it’s very close to the airport but a little bit far to the malls, or where we are going which is the temple in White Plains. There are places to eat and it’s walking distance to public transportation. You can always ask the staff to get a “Grab” ride or taxi.

Nothing. I don’t need a parking spot at this time. So, I think the inn is really reasonable and they also have a parking. They have an elevator so it’s convenient for wheelchair.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a positive experience. The location was great, allowing easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. On the plus side, my room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere to unwind after a busy day. I would recommend this hotel for its excellent location and roomy accommodations!

However, the breakfast options were a bit limited, which was a slight disappointment.
