- The hotel is very clean and well maintained and toiletries are provided. - The staff is very friendly, helpful and super-fast. - Wi-Fi is comparatively fast. - The kitchen in the studio unit is well equipped for 2 persons (though only for one cooking as there's only tableware for 2 persons). - No need for power adaptors as the rooms come with universal power outlets. - Powerful and modern aircon, you won't sweat in your room.

- The studio unit is a bit too small, we didn't know where to put our luggage without them being somewhat in the way somewhere. - The included breakfast wasn't a buffet breakfast, but a relatively limited menu and extras (like sparkling water) are very pricey. Their meals are relatively large and very tasty though. - Only one door badge per room (the other, wooden card is strictly for the power supply in the room), which is also needed for the elevator, which means couples and families need to come and leave together to access the room.

The room I had an amazing view of Makati. Daily room service made my stay enjoyable and stress-free. The hotel had great amenities including access to gym and pool. Location was perfect in the sense it is close to your shopping malls, restaurants and other activities for exploration. Additonally, a smart TV made it easier to watch the shows I wanted during the evening. Staff and security displayed great customer service and you wont be disappointed. Overall, significantly enjoyed my stay and will be back!

I wish there was more seating area on the top floor with cover. The rain made it difficult to observe and have an overlooking view of Makati.

I had an incredible stay our apartment was spacious, modern, and very well-equipped. The amenities were fantastic, and having a washer/dryer in the unit was a huge plus, especially for a longer stay. Room service was prompt and efficient, and I really appreciated being able to schedule housekeeping at my convenience with just a quick call. As a fitness enthusiast, I checked out the gym daily. While it's on the smaller side, it was always empty during my workouts, which made it easy to train. The free weights go up to 25kg with an adjustable bench, and there's a solid chest press machine that doubles for flat, incline, and shoulder presses. They also have leg extension and hamstring curl machines, along with a lat pulldown and cable row setup. If you're a more experienced lifter, you'll just need to adjust your training style a bit higher reps, more volume but I still got a great pump every session. Overall, I loved the stay and would definitely recommend it, especially if you're looking for comfort, convenience, and solid amenities.

Honestly the only thing that annoyed me was that the kitchen trash was so small and there were no rubbish bins on any of the floors so if you ordered take out you always accumulate lots of rubbish but it wasn't a big deal house keeping always came and collected.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Citadines Salcedo Makati. The one-bedroom suite was clean, modern, and cozy—just the right size for two. We loved having a small kitchen to prepare simple meals, and the bed was very comfortable. It was convenient that there was a washing machine in the room. Also, the breakfast was amazing. The location was peaceful yet close to restaurants, coffee shops, and Greenbelt Mall. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended for couples looking for a relaxing city break with a touch of home comfort.

We decided to fly to and from Manila en route to and from a return to Japan to catch up with old friends and were delighted to find Citadines Makati a block away from Amorsolo Street where my office had been in the mid 1970's. Otherwise Manila and, indeed, the Philippines is much changed and largely for the better. It is a modern building with a beautiful rooftop pool, gym and terrace. Rooms were spacious, modern and very comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen facility which we didn't much use, thanks to generous hospitality of friends and the two short stays. For a longer stay, this facility would be very useful and convenient. We did enjoy the daily breakfast in the small restaurant next to the entrance. Great choices and a wide range of options. As is normal in the Philippines, staff were friendly and very helpful and we appreciated all their service from door staff to porterage to front desk and restaurant, which we also used for a snack dinner after late arrival second visit. Check out time is a generous 12 noon. As well as numerous nearby convenience stores I used the currency exchange shop next door and it was a short walk to Greenbelt Complex and the air-conditioned environment that includes Landmark and Rustans and takes you all the way to the Manila Peninsula, corner of Ayala and Makati Avenue (heading always for Ayala Museum). We ate in two restaurants there, coffee shop Wild Flour, a favourite. Excellent value and comfortable stay with friendly welcome and service. Thank you. Salamat po !

I booked this place for my last two nights in the Philippines and it did not disappoint. The hotel itself is in a very nice location. Upscale neighborhood, lots of delicious restaurants within walking distance and quick pick ups with grabs. We went to the mall of Asia only 20 minutes away for a shopping excursion. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable with nice views of the city. The rooftop pool was so relaxing to sit out and watch the sun go down on Manila. The restaurant in the hotel's food was SO GOOD and their complimentary breakfast was whatever you wanted off the menu. I got the Japanese curry it was spectacular. The staff was so kind and helpful. We had an early flight out and they asked the restaurant to make us breakfast Togo before they even officially opened for the day so we could get to the airport 3 hours in advance. I highly recommend staying here for a nice unwind.

Super nice staff, really good location, comfortable beds, clean, 8/10 breakfast, they allowed me to do a late check out without any fee.

Only 2 elevators working (I lived on 23rd floor) so I had to wait quite a lot to get on my floor. My room had a connecting door to the other room. Unfortunately, I could hear everything from the other room which made my sleep bad during some nights of my stay (this is not the fault of the hotel but still it was annoying so keep in mind that if you want to book here). The house keeping was changing the temperature of my AC (put it to 16 degrees). When I arrived in my room I was freezing.

Modern building with exceptional views (I stayed at 26th floor), specially from pool and other amenities at 32th floor. Staff is very nice and helped for anything I asked. Very well located closed to Greenbelt and other malls, plenty of restaurants and bars and very close to airport.

Three elevators for a 32-story building are not too many, but one broke during the five days I was there it became difficult at times. I didn't like breakfast system; you have to choose from the menu one dish, that means if you ask for bacon and eggs, fruit and yogur has an additional cost.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and overall, I was quite satisfied with my experience. The studio room was very well-equipped, offering all the comforts I needed during my stay. It included a full-sized fridge, a microwave, a kettle, and a set of utensils, which made it easy to prepare meals if I didn’t want to eat out. The addition of a sofa and a dining table added a nice touch of convenience. The room itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort. The onsite restaurant also deserves a mention; the prices were reasonable, and the food was quite enjoyable.

The only downside I encountered was the lack of bottled water provided in the room. It would have been a nice touch, especially after a long day of travel.

My Korean best friend and I had a wonderful experience at Citadines Benavidez Makati. We particularly enjoyed our breakfast, which was delightful. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, being close to the Asian Institute of Management and Greenbelt 1. Additionally, every hotel staff member I encountered during my stay was very friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

While my stay at Citadines Benavidez Makati was generally pleasant, I did encounter an issue with the room door. To lock my room, I needed to push the door quite heavily.
