The breakfast buffet is ❤️❤️❤️! So many delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. Perfect way to start the day! The room was super clean, spotless. The bed was comfy, the linens smelled fresh, and the bathroom was well-stocked. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and overall, the whole stay felt relaxing and easy. Walking distance to Makati malls and restaurants. Would definitely come back!

I like this hotel and always stay here when I'm in Manila. The rooms are small but comfortable. Excellent buffet breakfast with eggs cooked to order and different entrees every day and great service. Great location just steps from Greenbelt.

The elevator was out of service during the week I was there. I got great exercise while trekking to 5F. I could start to feel the burn by the time I got to 5F. It was manageable. The hot water pressure in the shower was low and I had to continue to press the diverter to keep hard water on. I reported the issue to the front desk for repair.

The staff! They were super accommodating. The reception was quick to help me figure everything out, and at the end of my stay I needed a bit of extra time to sort things out and I was given an extra 30 minutes check-out time with no hassle (and I feel like they would have given me more time if the room hadn't needed to be set up for the next guest). In addition when I was checking out, the street outside was busy and there wasn't an official crosswalk, so one of the staff insisted on coming out with me to help get all my luggage across in one go safely. Never had that before!

The elevator was under maintenance. This didn't affect me much as I was only on the second floor, but it's the only real negative that comes to mind. But the staff helped me with my luggage to the room. So it wasn't even an inconvenience to me, really.

Unfortunately the one little problem was after finishing a delightful meal , despite numerous requests our plates and cutlery were not remove from room, this did not distract from our meal or our stay , and I would certainly be open to staying again at this establishment

Perfectly acceptable small hotel, well-located by Greenbelt Mall. Room was comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. Wifi good. Breakfast impressive for such a small hotel - seems like they have plans to keep improving the place which is refreshing to see. Only an overnight stay but would have been fine to stay longer

The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was very clean and we were provided with shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. The staff were very attentive and we were able to check in past midnight. The breakfast was good with plenty of options. The hotel is located close to a big shopping mall so there are plenty of restaurants to choose from within 5 minute walk.

The room we got was right above the dinning area so we could hear breakfast being served, and music being played from quite early in the morning (6am) and also karaoke being played some evenings.

Breakfast was OK. Location is great close to several malls. Reception staff welcoming 🙏. Bell Boys went beyond to help. Reception staff happily arranged Grab for transport. Worked out cheaper. I highly recommend ASTORIA GREENBELT.

I hope TV was working for the whole period of my stay.

Another hotel that reminded of the smaller boutique hotels I stayed at in Europe!! The lobby is refreshingly modern, the facilities are clean, EXCELLENT staff, everyone I dealt with were pleasant, charming, very accommodating, Very attentive!! great breakfast buffet! and a stone’s throw away from a big mall where you can find lots of restaurants and shopping. you don’t really need to venture out farther because every thing is just around you!!

not all the rooms have a window. I was first given a windowless room (I was getting claustrophobic) but when I asked for a room change, they pleasantly accommodated my request . I love these guys!!

It’s always great to come here: the staff remembers us and always greet us with “it’s so good to see you!” Super helpful with luggage. And the breakfast is the best. We always linger for that extra cup of coffee and choco.
