We are very satisfied with our stay at KL Executive. The air conditioning was nice and cold, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is close to everything we needed. Desiree and Jovin were very kind and helpful during our stay. Thanks to our housekeeper Nars, who cleaned our room every day and changed our towels. The room smelled nice when we returned. He was also very kind and helpful, bringing our luggage to our room. The guards were always smiling, opened the door for us, and helped us put our luggage in the taxi. We really appreciated the complimentary snacks, coffee, and bathroom utensils. We will definitely stay at KL Executive again.

Amazing Experience at KL Exectuive Rooms Recent weekend experience was astounding as we checked in at KL EXECUTIVE GREENBELT and booked 1 Queen Executive Room at 10D unit. We were met by Joven at the lobby with a warm welcome as we headed to our room without waiting for check in at the reception. This was a very convenient way. Upon entering the room, We were impressed and amazed as room was spacious and clean. Design was minimalist with aesthetic interior furnish with Sofa Bed, Queen Bed, Office Table and 2 seater Dinning Table, Also noticable was the Smart TV , Quiet Cool Aircon, Mini Ref which includes freebies at the mini bar. Cooking and Kitchen Utensils were also provided. Bed was soft and comfortable, Sheets were clean and fresh, Pillows were fluffy and abundant, The comfort room has hot and cold shower, strong water. Toiletries and Fresh towels were also included. In this Hotel, they also have amenities which you can enjoy like the swimming pool, sauna, gym and a restaurant at the ground floor. Parking were also free and arrange with convenience. Within the vicinity, you can also enjoy walking at the park and a few distance at the Greenbelt Mall. ATM and 711 is just around the corner. Also on Sundays, there is a Legazpi Market nearby which sell food and delicacies. To finalize my review, our stay at KL Queen Executive was Amazing. From the comfortable accommodations and convenient location to the attentive service of Joven and the hospitality of Mr. Andrew (the owner), this property truly exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it to families and travelers seeking a comfortable and memorable stay in Makati.

Our recent stay at KL Executive Suites Loft Unit in Makati was an outstanding experience that left our family of six thoroughly impressed. From the spacious accommodations to the convenient location and attentive service, every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. First and foremost, we want to extend our sincere gratitude to Joven, whose exceptional assistance made our stay truly memorable. From the warm welcome upon arrival to ensuring our comfort throughout our stay, Joven's professionalism and attentiveness enhanced our experience and made us feel right at home. We also want to commend the owner, Andrew, for maintaining such a high-quality property. The loft unit was spacious and well-appointed, with two queen beds and a sofa bed providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for our family. The inclusion of high-quality blackout blinds was a game-changer, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploration. The amenities provided, including free car parking and Wi-Fi access, added to the overall convenience and value of our stay. The Smart TV with a soundbar and subwoofer provided entertainment options for all ages, while complimentary perks such as the dining discount and mini bar treats were a welcome addition. The location of KL Executive Suites was another highlight of our experience. Within walking distance from Greenbelt, we found ourselves conveniently close to local attractions and sights, including nearby parks for outdoor recreation. Additionally, Nono's restaurant on the ground floor and a 7-Eleven next door made dining and shopping incredibly convenient. We were delighted to discover the Legazpi Sunday Market on our check-out day, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. Plus, with banks and ATMs nearby, we had easy access to any banking needs during our stay.

The property was right next to a lovely park and road where it was very easy to call for a grab. 7/11 was also next door so location wise - it was fantastic! Nono’s was also right next door - perfect brekkie spot!! Staff was always lovely, kind, and respectful, always opening doors and greeting us no matter the time of day etc. They had complimentary snacks, your usual shower kits etc, and the hotel room itself looked like it was taken care of very well. We can tell they take pride in their work!! Very beautiful.

No downside!! I guess if i HAD to really nitpick something- the elevator was always quite humid and hot and when you got in it felt like you were trapped in a sauna - but it was only for a short while.

As someone who travels frequently for work, I always prioritize finding accommodations that offer a decent workspace—and this place absolutely ticks that box and more. I had access to a full apartment unit, so the space was far more generous than a typical hotel room. I loved the separate living area with a comfy sofa bed, a mini kitchen, and a roomy bathroom. There were so many thoughtful touches that made the stay even more enjoyable. The amenities were complete, making even a short overnight stay feel like a true retreat. The bed was so incredibly comfortable that I genuinely struggled to get up in the morning! The natural light streaming in from the window was another refreshing bonus, especially for someone who needs a good work environment. Fast internet? Check. Great location? Check. And having Nono’s restaurant conveniently located downstairs just sealed the deal. And the best part? All of this for a fantastic price. I’ll definitely be back. If I could give it six stars out of 5, I would! Special shout-out to the staff member who assisted with the check-in process; they were exceptionally responsive, easily reachable via WhatsApp, and available 24/7, which made the experience outstanding.

The property owner does not have a dedicated reception area, so I was a bit surprised by the check-in process. That said, it wasn’t a significant issue—just something to note. However, I do wish there had been more explicit instructions on how to locate the property. There are actually two entrance options: one is suitable for those without a car or minimal luggage (via the main entrance), and the other is more convenient for guests with heavier or multiple bags, which was our case. We initially waited at the main entrance, only to find a note directing us to use the other/back entrance where it was easier to unload all our belongings. This kind of information would be especially helpful if provided in advance, particularly for first-time guests.

Staff were exceptional, helped in every way. Great hotel comfortable and has everything you need. Great location.

Location: The serviced residence is in a great spot. It’s just a short walk to Greenbelt shopping mall, Glorietta, and The Landmark, so shopping is super easy. Plus, there’s a park right across the street, if you want a change of scenery. Amenities: The fitness room, swimming pool, and sauna are great options for staying active and unwinding during your stay. Nono's restaurant on-site has some delicious pastries that you definitely shouldn’t miss, especially the decadent cinnamon buns. There’s also a 7-11 and a bank right next door, which is really convenient. Service: The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I was especially grateful for how accommodating they were with our late check-in after midnight. Communication was a breeze thanks to a WhatsApp group set up for our stay, making it easy to reach out whenever we needed anything.

There was nothing

From the booking and my first communication I already had a good feeling because I could sense the kind and welcoming tone of the host. Sure enough when we arrived we were greeted welcomed by Desiree. Checkin was easy, the rooms were spacious, clean and cozy and kitchenette was equipped for all our cooking needs. The extra snacks and drinks were complementary and it wasn't just the usual water like in other places we stayed before. We enjoyed the pool as well as the location being near 2 parks and the Union Church of Manila which we were attending during the long Easter weekend. We were very happy and thourougly enjoyed our stay here. For us this was our best stay so far in Makati, definately a 10/10 and we will choose KL Executive Greenbelt as our first choice whenever in Makati or Manilla.

Everything was great

Travelling for 18 hours from London was a challenge enough. It was wonderful to be able to check in smoothly to our flats which were tastefully decorated and comfortable. . Staff like Joven made all the arrangements for us. Airport transfers were well organised and prompt. They did a total of 7 airport transfers all which had very good transport and always on time. Communication was always easy with Joven replying to our requests without delay. We were a family of 13 visiting the Philippines with multiple domestic flights and hotels. It was a great relief to find schedules well followed and the staff all being so helpful. Thank you also to Andrew who personally oversaw that our stay was a really restful and stress free one. The hotel is also next to a very good Continental restaurant, named "Nono's." Food there is well recommended. They use high quality ingredients and the breads like Brioche, croissants tasted very close to the French's. Breakfast is reasonably priced and ambience is very good. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the malls with plenty of places to eat and shop. It's also across a children's playground which is handy when you have 4 kids wanting to burn energy. The pool is also good for a swim and is very child friendly. We will recommend this hotel and will look forward to going back in the future. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

It could do with a bit more crockery and cutlery for the loft accommodation. A bread toaster can also be handy for breakfast. Hooks in the bathroom for hanging used towels which don't need replacing.

We love how the staff was attentive to our needs and prompt with our requests. Our room is also very clean and the bed sheets smells so nice. They also allowed us to do a late checkout due to our late flight which we truly appreciate especially with a toddler in tow. The location is very ideal especially it being very walking distance to Greenbelt and opposite to 2 parks.

There are some renovations going on and some of them near our room. But after informing them of the noise, they immediately able to communicate to the renovating team to minimise the noise and allow us to sleep and rest and not to work near our room.
