The property is in a great neighborhood, and very convenient to all the amenities. On the weekends, there is a fantastic market in what usually is a parking lot, less than 100 feet from the building. The staff was very helpful, and friendly. They were able to accommodate all my request without hesitation, including allow allowing me to stay a few hours past checkout time, due to my delay in flight. Overall, I was truly impressed with everything .

There are three elevators in the building. While they are relatively fast, the elevators don’t seem to speak to one another. In other words when you hit both buttons, sometimes two elevators come up on the same floor. Not the most efficient. The only other minor criticism that I may have is the position of the air conditioner in my respective room, with the proximity of the bed. While it is fantastic to have a great working AC in Manila, and I’m appreciative, the angle made the bed very cold at times. The good thing is that the apartment provided a fantastic comforter. Again, this is a very minor observation.

This was a deluxe studio , so the unit was a little larger which I liked. It was very clean and had the kitchen utensils necessary to cook. The bed was a queen size, which was plenty of room for my wife and I. The front lobby staff were very friendly and helpful. The day we left for the international airport it was raining hard. The desk helped me to find a Grab, which wasn't working. Then he went out and got us a taxi, and that worked out great, used the meter and everything!

I have stayed at the Mosaic many times and often for quite long stays. i really like the staff there and the security and location are excellent! The small kitchen is very convenient and it has most of the essentials. It’s also right across the street from a very good Sunday Market. The Gym is good and well equipped. The Wi Fi worked very well and so did the TV. The coffee shop that’s part of the property is excellent for both coffee and food.

Not much i didn’t like. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. I really would have appreciated a toaster and a pair of kitchen scissors though.

Absolutely fantastic. I was only going to stay one night but ended up staying three. Great location. (always felt safe). Close to a few flash malls and some very nice cafes very close also. My room was big so it was nice to be able to relax and enjoy the space. Very comfy bed and nice pillows. Great views of the Makati skyline also. All the staff were absolutely great, in particular the manager and a particular security guy (didn't catch his name) who is just a great guy. Very friendly and nothing was a problem . Highly recommended

Nothing to dislike. Maybe a little bit more light in the shower but it wasn't too bad.

great location, very friendly and helpful staff, very good value for the cost, cleaning service was excellent, and the facilities were very good

the aircon was right at the head of the bed making it difficult to sleep. the bed should be repositioned away from the aircon. the shower did not drain very well. there should also be additional towels and face cloths provided.

Includes everything you need from fast, stable wifi to kitchen utensils and toiletries. You can do cooking show, the kitchenette got pans, knife, induction cooker, toaster, microwave. Just bring your own dishwashing kit. Very quiet place, no noisy neighbors. Walking distance from greenbelt 1 where you can dine and buy groceries. Theres a nearby laundry too.

The wax they use on the floor, its a bit messy. No good view from the balcony but thats okay.

Everything. Value for money ,space ,Good security and accomodating staff ,location .Thats why this is not my 1st time and there will be next time always 😁

None so far . Maybe the housekeeping assist is only till 5pm but nonetheless I didn't request late . And maybe in the future to add a washing machine too .

The room did not have funky smell, very clean and maid service available upon request. The lobby staff were very helpful. I will book again in the future and I'm well pleased.

The hallway entrance was dark and no closet lights at unit 12A

Very accommodating staff and property owner! Value for money for such a spacious and cozy place to rent in Makati. Arrived at 2:45pm and was allowed checked out past half past 1pm next day. And not all properties will have the AC on before their guests arrives. It was indeed an excellent stay!
