This is a great location, right next to Greenbelt 3 shopping mall. The rooms aren't huge, but they are clean, comfy and have a fridge and amenities. They have been renovating the rooms so they're quite nice. The carpets are a bit dated, but always very clean. The bed is also really comfortable. When I come into Makati for work, this is my go to place for overnight stays, it's a hidden gem and I've been coming here for over fifteen years. The staff are always excellent. Highly recommended!

Rooms were clean. The staff at the front desk were always helpful and nice. Price was very reasonable. They also offer parking spaces (on a first come first serve basis) for guests which is great considering that it's Makati.

The TV in my room doesn't have a working remote control. It's okay though because I didn't really watch TV. I'm sure they would replace the batteries had I asked. :) A bidet in the bathroom would be a welcome addition.

The rooms are clean, most of them have been freshly renovated. They have refrigerators in the room, very clean bathrooms. Towels and sheets are first rate. Bed is very comfortable. Great aircon and it's right across from Greenbelt Mall.

Great location, clean room, great bed and shower, the Wifi is great, and there's a fridge in the room. Exactly what you need for a business trip in Manila. Close to restaurants at Greenbelt. Free parking too. I've been coming here for twenty years. It's a hidden gem in Makati.

Staff especially front desk exceptionally friendly. Overall a good place if you need to be close to malls. Many within walking distance. Central yet quiet.

If you using MRT or LRT then closest station a 15 minute walk. But taxis cheap anyway.

Excellent location. Bedrooms may be dated but were nice, clean, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Shower did not really have warm water. It would be great if it had a USB plug option but that’s just a nice to have.

Across of Greenbelt and all the malls, very fair price and better than a year before what I stayed again. Krizia in reception make good job.
