Few step away from highstreet. Clean facilities Great , super friendly staff - especially in breakfast buffet i ask for champorado and they dont have it. But the staff make one for me. Swimming pool, my ASD kid who is sensitive and everything is big deal. had a small accident and a tiny scratch in his hand. The staff treated the scratch while talking to him. She treated the wound with care even if its too small. And make my son feel safe. Thank you Ascott!!

Swimming towels , they should allowed guest to bring it to rooms, kids are cold walking to room. Overall everthing is great.

Overall very good experience, staff is polite, the hotel also attention into details. The only feedback maybe is the ventilation at the dining area, smell the oil after the breakfast. Need to go back change before I go for a meeting.

Dining area ventilation. The spa is simply too small, not obvious and is not fully integrate with sauna and pool. The gym is good, if can add one or 2 more machines like Rowing and SkiErg, that’s make the gym very complete.

Our suite had a kitchen equipped with cooking utensils, cutlery, toasted, water heater with tea and sugar, and a nespresso machine. Full size refrigerator and washer and dryer. Super convenient. All the while I thought room cleaning is only 3x a week and with an exception for Sunday and holidays. But the cleaning lady always stops by to check if we needed our room cleaned. Most of the time we just really needed our trash to be collected. Breakfast options were great. I loved that they change selections daily. 1 day I was able to eat Danggit (small dried fish). Coffee was also good. The location is superb just across One Bonifacio high street mall. And other malls and restaurants closeby. The staff are great. Always welcoming us with a smile.

We requested for airport transport during our departure. We were waiting for them to call us, or anticipating someone with ring the bell to collect our luggages. Unfortunately we didn't hear anything and brought all our luggages in the lobby ourselves.

This is an excellent hotel in BGC! We love the Ascott hotel chain and this location did not disappoint. It is located in a prime location and all of the staff is top notch. The room was spacious, clean and beautiful and had the most comfortable beds. I wish we could have stayed here longer! The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food to choose from and everything looked fresh.

I got a massage from their spa which was excellent but the actual spa was very small. Not a big deal but definitely noticeable.

The effin security guard who slammed the back of my car. I didn’t know I had to have parking validated, I thought they know I’m staying there. So I went slowly ahead, he smacked the back of my car to try to get my attention. Come one A hole, it’s effin P100 , you really wanna risk scratching my car? Do you have the money to even pay my insurance? I wanted to slap him with cash. Here, take a thousand but hands off the vehicle. Gth.

Ascott was a nice surprise. We booked a 2 bedroom suite and got upgraded to a 3 bedroom. Thank you Ascott. We are a family of 5 and we were definitely comfortable. The decor was very tasteful. The kitchen was well equipped, which also includes a washer and dryer. The breakfast was excellent, great variety of food. Very convenient location. We walked to the nearby mall and restaurants. The pool was small but our boys enjoyed their morning swims. Would definitely stay here again or will try their other location in Makati.

The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen with a washing machine was a bonus. TV worked well and being able to connect to my personal Netflix account was great.

The quality of the breakfast was not what I would expected and the room service/restaurant menu was very limited.

really disappointed with the 2-lavatory at masters bedroom coz it is clogged specially the one at the right side. when i try to pump with my pulp to drain the water there came out a dirty black moss. same as the kitchen sink it was also clogged. water did not drain even after we check out. I hope an immediate action shall be undertaken.

We loved the excellent staff service. Everyone in the hotel was helpful, smiling, and always looking for ways to assist us. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary with our son and the hotel gave us a cheesecake with a greeting card. It was a sweet gesture that we really appreciate.
