Rooms were dated and the shower was moldy. The room was smelly like it has not been aired but once the AC was on everything was okay. Complimentary coffe and tea were in the room.

I like the place for its customer service. Kudos to Edward, Albert, Angel and Josh for their customer service.

Great location, close to Chinatown right by the hustle and bustle of the city. We arrived before check in time which was a common theme for us travelling. You have to check out from one hotel and go to the next. As you are on holiday you are very dependent on your driver, and hotels accommodating a waiting area, you can't stand on the street in 36 degrees with your suitcases. The hotel grabbed our luggage, and allowed us to sit in the lounge bar area and provided us with a welcome drink. Edward, Jeff, Dein and Jessa were outstanding, very friendly, helpful and lots of smiles and happy faces which is very important when dealing with the public. Reception ladies were great too but we did not see a lot of them.

Was a great overall stay.

Everything about this hotel was really great, Very happy with our stay here. Great views. Walkable distance to Intramuros, China Town, Binondo shopping etc.

Amazing food/staff/location. Central air instead of window units. Strong water pressure with filtered water. Breakfast buffet is massive, and changes daily. Daily room cleaning without request. 24/7 bell men and security that know the area Professional staff from dishwaher to general manager. Walking distance to all that China town has to offer. 30 minute ride to mall of asia, makati and metro manila. Huge menu of non alcoholic drinks/shakes/smoothies. Unmatched prices based on quality of service. Across the street from historical church of Binondo

This is not a complaint. It would be great to return in a year and see that the beverage program has more alcohol based drinks.

Hotel location is Very accessible to places im going to. All the staffs are friendly and readily greetings us everyday. We stayed for a week, the breakfast is great and has lots of food choices.

The room given to us was ok , area is just right, but when night time comes and we are suppose to sleep, we can hear sound of things moving from the upper floor. On the fourth day of our stay My sister went to ask and complain of the sounds we hear from the upper floor, that we come to know that our room's upper floor is the breakfast area . Information area was supposed to change our room but we didnt change room anymore coz we dont want to repack all our things to move to another room.

I had an executive room and it was amazing. Not only did I have a proper desk for working if I needed there was also a smaller chair and table. Even with these the room was not cluttered and I had so much space. The bathroom also had a separate shower and bath which made the stay even more luxurious. The hotel is centrally located and was easy to walk to a few places. The location as also central for Grab Taxis and the famous Chinatown (world's oldest). The staff also couldnt do enough for you...from opening doors, to carrying bags to calling tuk tuks. I want to return as will stay in the same hotel - hands down

Not a dislike but just to note the security deposit is 2000 PHP per night and you'll need to have a credit card (debit cards are no good)

1. staff was very professional and warm, from the security guards, doormen, restaurant, cafe, reception, cleaners (thank you Almyra); 2. room was big and pleasant, with bath tub and beautiful view of the church; 3. staying next to the church was great, could hear the prayers and the bells a few times a day, made me feel at peace; 4. breakfast really really good; 5. design is excellent, almost everything curated and pleasant to the senses - I give attention to this as I am Italian; 6. elevators were fast; 7. good smell and nice vibes all over the hotel; 8. location in the heart of Binondo, the real Manila; easy to reach

1. aircon in the room could not be set on "dry" or "fan" and were a bit too cold; 2. gym area feel a bit old / ugly, maybe should be renovated or refreshened even without changing machines

Great location in the middle of Chinatown. We were there during Chinese New Year so was extra lively and exciting. Very kind and polite reception, I didn't get their names but were very helpful. Only there one night, but pleasant stay. On departure we were lucky to have the bellmen Albert, Cuenca, and Jeff there who were able to help us with the transportation logistics, especially storing our bags and helping us with the travel arrangements. Got to the airport in good time with a fair price. Next time we will come to Manila we will be back for sure.

The staff were courteous, genuinely warm, and hospitable. Ramada felt like our second home because of it. Smooth transaction all the way, from check-in to departure. Good aircon and hot water. This hotel is generous. So happy at Mento! Also, very nice that Ramada promotes tourism and the interesting spots around the corner and elsewhere.

The Christmas decor at the lobby could need some improving to match the elegance of Ramada. Love the kid-friendly train-nook, but can be made better, too. Business center/cafe is cramped and can get too crowded when guests huddle in that area, while they wait to be attended to by staff.

Perfect location. Well air conditioned and spacious rooms. The staff here is extremely attentive. They were able to give us a late check out and hold our bags for us free of charge. On arrival they gave us an iced welcome drink that was very yummy! There is a restaurant on property that can deliver to the room. Beds were very comfortable. Shout out to Albert, Jeff, and Cuenca who were willing to book us a Grab and even gave us a map for places to see/eat nearby. Jeff even waited outside for our car to arrive and packed our luggage inside. Truly great service here.

The only thing would be the WiFi wasn’t the best for working remote. We would definitely stay here again. For being on a busy street we didn’t hear anything within our room.
