It was okay for the prize and for the location

We arrived 2 hours late but the room was still not cleaned. Hair of the previous occupants was everywhere. We tried to clean but when I checked under the pillows and found hair that's when I contacted room service. they arrived fast and advised us that since they we're full that weren't able to clean out our room yet. They quickly cleaned it and changed the sheets and pillow cases.

It was a basic hotel in the heart of China town. We were there one night and it was fine. The bed was comfortable.

There was not wifi while we were there. Keep in mind you are on a Main Street so it was a little noisy, but once it was about 10pm it was quiet.

Check-in and check-out are smooth, with friendly and helpful staff. Very clean simple vintage rooms, aircon is good, ample cold and warm water supply for bathing, toilet facilities are clean and are functioning well. Located near historic food canteens, marts, and easily accessible by public transport.

Booking dot com did not forward my request for 2 rooms close together. The rooms were on different floors.

Location was central to the heart of China town and it was a clean safe place.

Everything was as anticipated and very friendly and helpful staff always with a smile

Excellent location, though its inside China Town, its still easy and convenient plus restaurants are nearby which makes our vacation with a child very convenient. Good Job! highly recommended!

The place is clean and the location is great! It's affordable and the staff are nice!

The elevator was not working on the first day of our stay so we had to climb up the stairs. But they did give us a heads up about it and was eventually fixed the following day.

The hotel was easy to locate. The room was also clean and comfy. The hotel staffs were also courteous.

It is somehow a decent place to sleep over, and fave part is it’s in the heart of Binondo where there are many restaurants nearby, especially Wai Ying which is across the hotel. Transport is easy because of the tricycles outside the hotel.
