I loved their Quiche and Orange juice.

When we arrived, the guard on duty did not help us carry our baggage even he saw us. It was almost midnight when we arrived so there were no guests coming in as well. There was also no one assisting us on carrying the baggage up to our room. The buffet breakfast I was told starts at 6am. And yet it was almost past 6 am and they have not brought out all the foods. Food, especially if it is buffet, should have been set ahead of time this way people will see all the food they can choose.

the polythelene door on the shower side was missing, apparently shattered/ broken some time ago and never replaced so that water was splashing on the floor when i took a shower. the bathroom floor becomes wet after each shower, and bathroom towel was the only solution. The danger of slipping is always there.

Hotel was very clean (except maybe a few invisible dusts that triggered my allergy), but still a great steal. All staff were very friendly and accommodating.

It would be better if next time, they will inform us that the rooms we got were on separate floors. Also, instead of having 1 queen sized bed, it would be comfortable to have twin beds. Not all that check in are families. About the breakfast, it would also be nice to have a fixed setup if its a buffet breakfast or by plate serving. Seems like they didnt have a fixed setup because staff didnt know yet upon our check-in.

We stayed during Chinese new year, my family was so happy when they get to watch the lion dance when we checked in. The staff are really friendly and always willing to help. The location is right in binondo which is perfect as we want to observe the chinese new year. For a 3 star hotel its clean and the room size is not bad. some part of the headboard is bit worn out but we don't mind the room looks spotless . I will come back here again if I have non locals who would like to visit manila.

We love the room. It was so comfy and spacious. Everything felt so high-end, it was a really2 nice hotel room. I can't believe this hotel existed in the middle of Binondo.

My rating should have been 10, however I'm giving it an 8 why? Because our free breakfast arrived more than an hour from the time I told the hotel to serve. I told them 8am, it arrived past 9am. I called 3 times, they said it was already being brought up, but it wasn't true. I have kids who were so hungry and since it was only good for 2, we were supposed to go down to buy more food however due to the scheduled system maintenance by 9am, we cannot go down anymore since the elevators won't be available. I thought it was because a lot people might be checked in, however we were the only one occupying the parking slot.

I really enjoyed my stay and I can't fault the staff, all of whom are very good, except that sitting in the foyer isn't really a great alternative to the room when it rains .. I think it needs a proper bar area which is comfortable, inviting and not simply a spill-over for the restaurant, or where people wait to check out and get taken away by taxi or Grab ride.

Everything was great! The manager assigned at the time we checked- in volunteered to change our room with one of same rate and to our liking, after we told him that what we booked was not fit to our need as a family. That switch definitely made our stay more pleasant! P.S. The beds are so comfortable. Booking rooms with breakfast inclusion is best. ❤️

We were upgraded to a premier king bed free of charge. The room was excessively spacious which we liked so much. The staff were nice. Overall we had a pleasant stay. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Not that I didn’t like but the location of the hotel is kind of off to me. But I suppose that’s the normal scene in Binondo/Manila area. But I could simply ignore this fact because my stay was excellent anyway.

I like how the staffs of the hotel are so accommodating and friendly, they swiftly attend to our request and needs kudos to the staffs! For the food, ala carte menu are delicious room service was great and fast, breakfast buffet was also great especially the chicken tocino!

A bit sad that the carpeted floors in rooms are removed hoping it will be back.

The staffs and lobby manager were extremely helpful for assisting me to contact the dishonest Grab driver for getting back my wallet which had been left in Grab driver's car.

The breakfast is below our expectation.
