The location. As we were staying for a week, and they were over booked or something, they gave as a family room at no extra cost. The provide us with free drinking water, would be willing to give us toilet paper when we asked for. I would come back, though I wouldn't recommend it to picky people.

As we arrived the bed sheets were dirty or hadn't been changed. I complained, and a few minutes later they changed them. In the bathroom there were still used soaps and wasn't clean. It was on the 4th floor, for the first 5 days the lift was broken, so was inconvenient to have to walk 4 floors every time. The neighbourhood at night don't seem safe, during the day it's ok, thou really dirty and smelly area is Binondo. I don't regret to have spent a week there, personally I liked it, was an interesting experience. China town reminds of of India, dirty, humid, but somehow interesting. The corridors, lift, staircase and so, requires a deep clean.

I was really pleased with the hotel's location, which made it easily accessible and convenient. Additionally, considering its current quality, I found the price to be very reasonable. If I need a simple, one-night stay in the future, I could consider booking this hotel again.

The hotel is showing its age, with some amenities, like the sink, in need of repair. However, the showers are functioning well. While it could benefit from a refresh, the price is reasonable and it's still a decent option.

In general lines the hotel is good, near to Intramuros and other tourist places, it is in Chinatown, many shops and restaurants available anytime. The room is fine, good toilet, the bed comfortable, it has aircon and hot water. The staff very kind.

Poor internet connection, the tv cable signal should be more clear.

Such an excellent location, directly opposite the Binondo Church, and just up the street from some delicious local eateries. Very comfortable bed.

Being on such a busy junction, the traffic noise might be a bit much for some people, but we were fine.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet place. As expected from a hotel of this price range. ACU is good, and the receptionist is friendly. Even the guy whom I met during check out was very nice.

The hallway is quite dark. There's a dark area with a door on the 3rd floor that I initially thought was my room. I'm just glad that rooms for guests are numbered.

For the price which is around 1k only, this is absolutely a place to go para sa mga travelers in Manila who doesn't really need luxury or hindi naman talaga mag staycation. For the price and for the very comfy accommodation, I can say na really good value sa money dito and most likely magbook kami ulit on January

Noon kasing pandemic, dito ako nag quarantine before traveling abroad kaya this time na I visited manila, dito ko ulit napiling mag stay. guaranteed safe ang rooms and comfortable din lalo na dun sa room nila na renovated. Very easy to locate. Right in front of the cathedral lang. Lots of fast food/ street food/ and other authentic chinese food in the area. Good for your next food trip!

You get what you pay for. It is a simple hotel with a quality that matches the price. They kept my luggage for a week charge free, which was super nice
