No breakfast included in our stay because this location is at a condo unit.

We booked for 4, but there were only 3 towels. They did bring us more towels when we called it in. They were pretty quick to respond even via text or call.

Location was good.

Value for money. We couldn't enter the room because there was no key given to us, only digital lock. It got double locked by accident and it took 4 hours to solve the problem. There was nobody around to assist us. Horrible and stressful experience.

THIS IS A SCAM PROPERTY ADVERTISEMENT ON BOOKING.COM - THE APARTMENT IS IN HORRIBLE OLD CONDITION to reside in for the high price asking in BGC rich CBD. I chose this property base on the “grand view” it advertises itself on Booking.com - the VIEW was of CONCRETE WALLS/windows of next door neighbours. I WANTED WHAT THEY SHOW THE APARTMENT TO BE to celebrate our anniversary! I was forced to pay cash upon arrival to a strange man, who was not the property contact, Aiza. Upon complaining to Aiza via WhatsApp, all I got was “apologize for the inconvenience” !!! There are cockroaches, the bathroom shower didn’t have curtains so everything got wet, the wash basin is blocked, the stairs are extremely slippery without any edge adhesive to help grip your feet. DANGEROUS for anyone. More cockroaches as you walk around, when you lift things, they are there. Glass dinning table top is not attached and slips out of supporting legs, heavy and extremely dangerous. Aircon leaking water rapidly onto the table where we had our camera gear, iPhones & iPads. I won’t go on - I HAVE COMPLAINED TO FINANCIAL AUTHORITIES TO ESCALATE this SCAM. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

There is no breakfast with the booking.

We booked for a 2 room apartment. You gave us 1 room and a bed in an open space. The extra bathroom you cannot use to take a bath. We had to book the other party that is supposed to stay in the other room in another facility.
