Location was excellent. Close to everything in walking distance. The host was helpful and willing to assist with any questions we had. It was also nice to have washer and dryer in unit to do our laundry since we had already been traveling and were headed out to do more traveling after our stay.

The Air Con seemed to be struggling to put out the best cold air. It was an older Air Con unit and I noticed that it had been taped already on the oscillating fan arm. Not a deal breaker since it still was comfortable in the room with the temperature.

I was surprised how much the rentor reached out to provide me information about my room and make sure I was good to go. Infact, I had forgot some of my belongings in the room and the rentor immediately reached out and assisted me to secure what I had left behind. I was very fortunate to have dealt with an honest and considerate host. I would rather deal with this type of host than take more luxuries from a host with less integrity. I would definitely be happy to stay here again.

No dislikes to mention. I only wish my stay was longer than 1 night.

It was a wonderful stay! Host Aiza was so kind and answered all my questions and helped us throughout our stay. Location was great even though there was some construction going on.

Bed could have been more comfortable as it was too firm for our liking.

I didn't saw the host in person but s he's really helpful and nice in WhatsApp she also upgraded our room to a loft room which give us more space , the room was beautiful , huge space, and perfect location.

The only down with this place is we saw some caokcraches running around the living room But not a big problem

Very convenient location. 2 steps from BGC high street. We liked friendly stuff, fast check in, digital lock in apartment. Also it’s very cozy inside. Everything you need there is - like kitchen stuff for cooking, microwave, a fridge. Apartment is clean. No insects (it’s important in Manila!😁) If you like McDonald’s it’s just in front of the place.

Everything was perfect! The unit is very beautiful and perfect. The building it is located in is a very upscale modern beautiful building. And the neighborhood is the best in all of Manila. Also it is in walking distance of just about everything you need including a terrific supermarket that's only a 5-minute walk away. Nothing could have been better than this place. Also you are in contact with AIZA and whenever you need anything she's right there for you. Highly recommended.

Everything perfect !

Everything was basically fantastic! Free coffee, water and toiletries which most staycation units I've booked doesn't provide.

TV has only shopping network in it. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Location, location, location! One of the best spots in BGC, a short stroll from an abundance of restaurants, bars and cafes. Rooms are large and spacious and generally well equipped and good communicators. Excellent value for size and location. As this isn't a hotel prior communication with the managers is critical to ensure a smooth check-in.

Some of the decor was a little dated.

I love the location, the service, the professionalism of the staffs, and the room. It's very convenient, accessible, comfortable, and comforting.

Areas of improvement, the swimming pool facilities and gym facilities. They could extend the timings / schedules. Garbage disposal is stressful no shoots to throw the garbage in floors, we need to wait for the garbage collector to dispose our garbage. But still I highly recommend it to my friends and families.
