I like the location since it is a trike away from BGC. The shower's temperature is perfect. The bed is very comfortable.

There are no doormats and slippers for the shower area. I suggest to post an instruction on how to operate the television so calling for assistance won't be needed. The tissue holder can me improved to avoid getting wet while taking a shower. It will be appreciated if dishwashing liquid will also be available.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. I like that the bed was big enough for two people with four pillows to share. The airconditioning is working great. With hot and humid climate, this definitely adds much comfort to my stay. They provide bottled water which I really appreciate. The room was clean and has everything I need for couple of days stay. The place also smells nice. I highly recommend this place. It's value for money! And my stay has been wonderful and very comfortable. I'll definitely stay again when I visit Philippines

It's located along a main road. I can hear the hustle and bustle. I can also hear the closing of doors from other rooms. But it's not a huge issue. I was able to sleep just fine and I am generally a light sleeper

beds were cozy and pillows were fluffy and soft. staff were kind and welcoming, explained the stay in the hotel, they do not advise to walk to BGC as it is a very, very busy area with lots of people. cab to BGC is about 5-7 minutes. key cards seem to be a problem in this hotel as I noticed many went to the reception to complain about it. mine worked fine!

403 was facing the street and it was very noisy, you can hear the cars honking, but nothing that a pair of ear plugs couldn't fix.

Location was very accessible to where I live so I can easily visit my family members staying at the property. I bed and the pillows are comfortable and great wifi speed.

The staff was friendly, since this is a soft opening hotel I understand that it can be a bit of challenge. Upon check-in, I just mentioned my name and they searched for my reservation and stood there for around 3-5 minutes waiting for further instruction. Even better if they could have at least advised to wait while they print out the reservation information.

The hotel is along the highway so you can easily book a ride to BGC at a cheap price. While it is close to BGC, I don't recommend going there on foot as the sidewalk is not pedestrian-friendly and dirty in many areas. In addition, it is easy to reach the receptionist when you need something, the breakfast is good enough for the price, and the room is clean and well-maintained.

The toilet is tiny, although it should be expected considering the size of the room.

The room was cozily designed, modern and comfortable. Close to BGC.

It really would not cost anything for the hotel and it would help the guests a lot if we could leave the baggage for a few hours with the reception after check-out.

bed is comfy, air conditioning unit is working as expected and the place is clean. area is near bgc and other establishments. staff are polite. we even checked before 2pm without extra charge.

the water flow in the bathroom is low. exhaust fan not working fine. there was a foul smell inside the CR though we havent use them. they immediately addressed them however, its still the same smell the next day. i hope they can fix it. wifi sometimes is flactuating. since LTE reception is good so i dont have a problem with that.

All Staff were extremely helpful, and special thanks to Tine who went out of her way to help me with local transportation. She is the epitome of "Filipino hospitality'. Hotel was close to everything. Cleanliness of hotel surroundings and my room were more than satisfactory. Enjoyed every moment of my stay. I could have stayed longer if I had the time. HIGHLY recommend this hotel to friends, family and to anyone wanting to stay at an affordable and enjoyable place to rest while on your vacation (Name: Mystay Hotel West) Thanks everyone!!! The location was perfect getting around Makati and Taguig area as I had some business to sort out. Taxi was my option for transport and seemed easy to flag one outside the hotel. Reception and housekeeping and all the staff we’ve encountered in our stay were very helpful, special mention for Kim, wonderful and naturally friendly. Customer service oriented staff indeed! Will definitely be back whenever I need to be near BGC area. Good value for money as well, you just have to bring cash as they don’t accept cards yet.

Price is not bad for the location (near BGC), cleanliness, and modern interior.

Only 1 parking slot; queen bed configuration in the room is a bit off (it’s not easy to walk around the room, small space not maximized); bath towel provided is a bit ripped on one side; can easily smell smoke coming from the lobby (or the other room?); Didn’t expect that toilet/bath will be that tiny.
