For a budget hotel, MyStay BGC South branch was worth the money, having clean rooms and professional employees. The location was ideal for my appointments. The area is not your usual "hotel environment" but I liked how very residential it was with numerous shops around (e.g. laundry shop, 7/11, fastfood, etc.) You can even walk or take the tricycle to BGC centre.

When you get out of the hotel, it would be nice if it's cleaner without any trash piled up in front. I know it's not the trash of the hotel but as an establishment it should be an initiative to make the surrounding area pleasing for their guests. Moreover, a fixed hair dryer in the room is I think, one of the necessities in a hotel. It's quite a hassle to request for it every time you need it.

-good value for money -clean, well-maintained -friendly staff -quiet, cozy -hot shower facility very good -has hangars & rack which some hotels don't provide -provisions include: towels, liquid soap, bottled h2o, kettle, Android TV -has an elevator -just behind Jollibee Kalayaan -near to shops, 7-11, Jollibee, etc. -just few meters from Kalayaan main road -in a generally safe area -buses & jeepneys going to & from Edsa & BGC pass by 7-11 right across the street from the hotel -1km walk to MRT, BRT Guadalupe Makati -3km walk to BGC

-many of the towels have obvious stains -bathroom is quite small for taller people like me -bathroom light is a bit dim which makes it harder to shave -located in Kalayaan road which has lots of fast moving vehicles and isn't clean in some parts -located behind Jollibee in a narrow alley where you need to watch out for vehicles, and this alley isn't very clean

Accomodating staff, helped me with my luggages. Room was clean although small only but okay for 1 -2 nights stay. Near Jolibee and other stores, and can get a ride for 5 min going to market and other shops!!just need to ask the counter and they will help.

They don't have concierge, front counter was very small and cramped, but staff were accomodating and pleasant. Even tho they dont have concierge they let me put my bags while i had to do last minute shopping before my flight!! Their minus is the location, it is in a small alley only and hard to find if you are going 1st time.

Everything. The check in and check out is very fast. The staff are very friendly. I forgot something in my room upon checking out and I asked them if they can send it to me in the bus station I was waiting and they did it very fast. I definitely recommend this hotel. I'll give 100/10. Easy access also for transportation and there's a lot of restaurants around and 7-Eleven is just across the street. The pillows and the bed are excellent 👌

Nothing at all

Just what you need. A bed, ac, shower and toilet. Personnel is very friendly. When I got completely drenched by the rain they offered me a toewensend helped me out.

Shower and toilet are in the same small space. So when you take a shower the floor gets a bit flooted. Room is very small, but I don’t mind so. To leave your luggage after checkout it cost a whopping 5,40 dollar for 24h. But also for 4h. Very expensive I’d say.

I liked the room. It's really clean. No roaches or bugs. I was able to watch some movies and enjoyed Spotify. I also liked that wifi was good and hot shower.

The room was a bit small but it's fine and the food.I ordered tocino. It was fine but not really that tasty.

I like the location of the Mystay Hotel BGC South it is near some of the fast food restaurants that are accessible from the hotel. And also the facilities of the room where I stayed. The bathroom is very well maintained and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

There is no room service available at the hotel. The guests will have to go down the reception to ask for their request for bath towels or clean the room if the guest will be staying for a few more days.

Overall, I liked the hotel’s aesthetic and feel, industrial and minimalist. It suits me perfectly and I had a comfortable stay. Room/bathroom is compact but I didn’t mind. Staff were accommodating and professional.

Location is bit off for me but it served its purpose as a nice, budget-friendly option for transient stays. One can’t walk from this hotel to BGC; would always have to book a car/taxi.

The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - clean room, comfy bed, spacious, grear shower pressure and the wifi was very good. Great price for what you get. We left our wallet in a taxi and the staff were extremely helpful in helping us get this back.

If you are staying here because you need to fly out the following day, keep in mind that you will need to drive through very congested roads to get to the airport.

i like the room, its cozy, the staff never failed to fix the room whenever we are out.. A nice place to rest aftee a tiring day in Manila. The wifi is fabulous too.

not a big deal really but there was a day I need a pushcart for my luggage, and no staff came to help. But other than that it was all good.
