The room was tiny, but we expected it. Still, there's enough room for the luggage underneath the TV if you strategically place it between the wall and the bed )) I liked the minimalistic design, and it was clean, too. The area seems a bit dodgy, but BGC is only 10 minutes away, and it's a totally different world. There's a small gym, which is surprisingly well equipped .

There was a kettle and water, but no coffee or tea. No shampoo or conditioner, just a dispenser with body wash. There's no partishion between shower and a toilet, and it kinda gets messy when you take a shower. And the shower is REALLY small.

I liked the location. I was here for 7 days doing checkup at St. Luke's Global City, It is a 10-13 min walk to St. Luke's. The surrounding area itself, the neighborhood is not that great. However, the hotel is very good. The air con is cold, there's hot water in the shower, there's a TV with Netflix/YouTube/etc., there's a desk and 2 chairs, boiler for hot water, there's a cafe in the lobby which sells drinks, coffee, rice bowls (129-159 pesos), hangers for your clothes. The shower is not separate from the toilet so the toilet gets wet, there's a large mirror and a sliding glass door/mirror in the bathroom, some rooms have nice views (I was on the 7th floor).

I didn't like when I was on the 5th floor because I could smell smoke coming from smokers downstairs outside.

The staff are accomodating and room itself is good. I spent my money's worth. Too bad we checked in quite late so my friend and I were not able to use the gym. Beds are huge and comfy. I want to come back here. Hotel is just by the highway. Very convenient.

Layout-wise, toilet and bath is too small. That area should have been the hallway based on the size and the location of table is the ideal comfort room. Sink has small wooden cabinet. Due to small area of t&b, sink is directly under the shower path. Huge potential for molds. Please have your staff check it out to ensure there's no molds. This is something the developer can improve in their other projects or if they decide to have future renovations.

The staff is very helpful (thank you Rachel, Lania, Tina and the guys). There is a small gym in the building which is very nice if you want to workout and the hotel is not far from BGC

The wifi doesn't work properly if you're laying in bed (I've stayed in 3 different rooms and the problem presentes itself in each of the rooms). Not an issue if have to work because it does work properly when you're sitting at the desk.

the bed was not too soft and was confortable enough. aircon was enough to make the room chilly. there was a water dispenser per floor and a pitcher and mugs in the room. there are a lot of diners around if you want cheap meals.

the shower is too small, plus the sink is on the way. you might end up being in contact with the sliding door which doesnt look very clean.

Our room was lovely, clean, comfy, great quiet aircon, shower was amazing, the hanging space and desk area was very handy, the hotel is very clean and modern and the staff were all lovely and welcoming, the gym and cafe were brilliant bonuses!

It’s right by a main road and can be a bit noisy at night, but we didn’t notice it too much and slept through it all fine!

The room is just right for a solo or 2 person guest. It was clean and the minimalistic design fits just right. The bathroom was a bit small, but for a small girl like me, it was just ok. The sheets were clean, the room smells good, the AC was cold. There is no cabinet, but the hanging rack thing makes up for it. The table is big and 2 chairs are provided.

During the 1st night I was there, roadwork was being done. They were drilling the road. But it didn't last the whole night, I think less than an hour. Aside from that, no other complaints..

Inside the hotel and room its clean, upmarket, secure & comfortable. Kettle available. The Small Gym is decent. Central BGC is a walkable distance.

The area & hood right outside the building is poor. Thus no upmarket restaurants nor bars right outside. Gotta walk +- 1km through the poor area to get to upmarket BGC. Bathroom kinda small, but still manageable as a tall person.

The reasonable rate. You get what you paid for. The rain shower seems 5to have improved with a stronger water pressure.

Walk in gym clients (non hotel guests can gain access to the property. It may pose as a security c9ncern in the future. Slow wifi connection evident in the poor connectivity in the smart tv.
