The best was the staff, very nice, friendly and accommodating, going beyond their duties to help me. There’s air-con during the whole day (what is not standard in the cheapest hostels in the country), enough toilets and showers for everybody, the facilities are very clean and the hostel is in walking distance of the MRT, Manila’s sky train.

Eighteen beds are crammed in the dormitory, like capsules, but each one facing another. Between the pairs of bunkbeds the space is so narrow that the two guests can hardly stand at the same time, or to pack one’s stuff, and during the night you can even hear you neighbor’s breath. I was lucky because half of it was empty, but it’ll surely be uncomfortable when the room is full.

From the reviews, I was expecting something terrible but it was far from it. Although the room was really small, it was comfy and clean. The WiFi worked great and there was hot water. The staff were also helpful and friendly, allowing us to check in early morning after our flight for 100 pesos per hour. We were grateful for that after an overnight flight! The area was close to what we needed and there was some good local food a short walk away. Would stay here again if we come to Manila!

The staff is so nice and the management is very considerate and thoughtful. I booked a wrong dorm-MALE! Can you believe it? And it was the middle of the night, i barely have sleep. Good thing they were so nice and the staff is super helpful, they managed to look for a place for me. And even if the booking was a mistake on my part, they still had my pay deducted from the total cost of the female room. Definitely my go-to place for stay whenever im at the city. 🥰💯

I am a frequent guest here by now and I am a seasoned traveler specially when it comes to hostels ' I have never seen an establishment that has upgraded and improved itself this much Specially cleanness In general and additionally the bathroom' Add to that the most friendly staff in Manila and serious management that's Dormitelsph for you!

The room was small but cozy: the limited space was smartly use, it also included a big private bathroom. A fridge was available for use at the reception desk.

In some moments the bathroom smelled of sewage, however the smell didn't affect the bedroom. The provided towel didn't smell clean. Toilet paper is an extra.

Location was a bit out of the way, had to cross a mega busy road highway with no pedestrian crossing or safe way to cross over!

I like the staff they were very kind and patient whenever you ask something like directions and they will do their best to lend you the things you need like mug spoon and plates even if this is not provided by the dormitel.I like also it's cheap and the best is the free drinking water.The place is walking distance going to mrt.

I will just suggest should have a small kitchen so we can cook some food. The door in the washroom is sliding and hard to close.

The staff is really nice, I had an issue with my booking and they helped me to solve it, clean place with good wifi and good location. The plus: the beautiful puppie :)
