great location, walking distance to the MRT station and ayala shopping malls the room was kept in good repair no maintenance issues nice hot showers!, bathrooms very clean no moulds, or cracked tiles!

some rooms have baths the other do not, some have a microwave oven and electric jugs but others do not so have to ask for jug and microwave to be borrowed from vacant room which they seemed reluctant to do this was my second stay here and will probably return there again for my next visit i had booked my second stay on line and paid for it with my credit card but they maintained it had not been paid so had to pay for the room again in cash. only when i get back home will i find out if i have also been charged again on my credit card and actually paid double

I like the location, its clean with friendly staffs and the room is spacious. I like the design of the hallway. They have kitchen utensils and kettle also fridge. There's no cockroaches.

I just don't like everytime you have to go out the main gate you should call someone to open it as it's locked. It's fine for me as long that the receptionist is always there but no. There are times I have to call someone just to go out which I don't feel freedom at all. Though the Staffs are really friendly, always greeting and smiling but you have to call their attention to open the door. Also, there's a bath tub but you can't use it as the thing to hold the water isn't there (I dunno in some rooms). There's no sponge and liquid soap that I have to buy. No shampoos nor soap. Maybe I just didn't read the information. AC is a bit loud. TV has no cable. Nevertheless I'd love to stay there again if things get improved.

Apartments were big (against our expectation). We arrivef 2 houre earlier from check-in time, but we were allowed to check-in 1 hour earlier. That was good for us. The building has a reception staff, which at night a security staff takes over. The decoration of the apartments were just wonderful. I enjoyed having the channel always on fot Paris Olympics 2024. The roof top is a lovely open area, apart from the shade. We could gather a lot on the roof top. The roof top has free water and microwave. There is 7-eleven attached to the building. Jollibee was just 2 minutes walking distance. We walked to MRT and Alaya Mall is just one station away.

Only one thing seemed to be missing, which is the water kettle. Apart from this, everything was perfect.

The size of the room was great. Security at the front desk 24*7 which is good. The room is a studio apartment so lot of facilities like refrigerator, small kitchen was available.

the staff was not that helpful. we were late to air port and tried to book a cab using grab but it was not three. Staff didn't have any idea how to get a taxi. No board or hotel name shown at the place so hard to find the place. Staff does not know any information on how to get to any of the places we wanted to visit, They didn't have any idea how to find the information also.

I always have a comfortable stay at 907 CEO Jupiter. This must have been my 10th or so visit, I'm a regular when stopping over in Manila. The staff recognise and greet me and the flat itself is clean and easily accessible. It's quite bare in the way if furniture and amenities without a working stove for cooking (probably some kind of fire prevention measure) so while it's not "homey" it's plenty adequate for a short stay where a central location and lots of provate space are needed. Very good value all considered.

Despite previous negative reviews, my stay at CEO Flats was great. The staff is very friendly, the rooms and the property are very clean, and the internet is fast and stable. The main gate is constantly close but there's always someone at the reception 24/7 to open for you - This is a great thing as you feel safe at all times. The beds are comfy, the area is super quiet, literally no noise at night, and the table is comfortable too if you work from home. There's a Starbucks nearby, a 7-11 downstairs, and an (expensive) supermarket down the road. You can also buy street food right in front of the hotel. All in all, highly recommended, I'll stay again if I have the chance.

The washing machine and kitchen were not available during my stay, but that shouldn't stop you as there's a laundry nearby and plenty of restaurants around Makati. Payment available only by cash, which isn't ideal, but there's an ATM literally 5 minutes walk away. The location is not the best for attractions and tourist stuff, but you can reach Makati city and Salcedo area in a few minutes by car with Grab. To follow up on previous comments, yes we saw some roaches but they were tiny and only a few. Note that this is very normal as it's the Philippines. It's definitely not a deal-breaker.

The room is big and have value to money. Similar to one bedroom cut of condo unit. We also love the view on the roofdeck, though it was quiet humid because of the weather but the relaxing ambiance and sound of the birds add the relaxing serene of the view. In addition the staffs are very accomodating during our stay.

Initially the room had a smell like an old room and the aircons are somehow old that it makes it difficult to colden the room.

The property feels very safe and the staff are all really friendly. The manager was very nice and helpful. The apartment was a good size and the sofa, bed and pillows were very comfortable.

There was a washing machine in the apartment which did not work (the manager was able to give us a contact for laundry so this was not a problem, it would have been a “nice to have” though), and there were no bowls or pots and pans for cooking (even though there was a cooking stove).

this is the fourth time i have stayed here and i will continue to return because it is a perfect location for my needs , the staff are very friendly and it is good value for my money it is walking distane to both ayala mall and the MRT station

would be nice if there is a on site restaurant for breakfast
