The hotel is new and located in a quiet area in Poblacion, Makati. The bathroom is clean and no musty kulob smell; with body wash and shampoo dispensers. Toilet with bidet. Love the contemporary artworks inside the room. Comfy bed and pillows. Places of interest: 2 streets away from Good Sh*t Coffee and Lampara 2 minutes walk to Poblacion Wet & Dry Market 4 minutes walk to Hab-haban sa Poblacion (rustic kitchenette)

No kettle, hairdryer and table in the room. It's not really something negative for me because it's a basic, no frills room but still modern and minimalist.

The hotel was a 15 second walk away from Annex House which was the pop-up location for me and my colleagues. Everything is a comfortable walking distance from the hotel too, which was nice. Thanks to the hotel, we all had a great time experiencing Poblacion during our early mornings and very late nights.

It was difficult staying on the wifi but the wifi's spotty connection was disclosed to us prior to checking in, so I did appreciate the notice.

Cayco House is a stylish establishment with interesting pieces of art and furniture around every corner. Beautifully situated in a Poblacion neighbourhood with a lovely local feel about it. You can hear the morning Ta-Ho sellers singing their refrain and grab yourself a cup of warm soya with syrup and boba. Rooms have all you’ll need and staff are most helpful and professional. The water dispenser in the lobby area was appreciated too. So impressed that we have booked to stay at their Gomez House sister property. Highly recommend.

Cayco is found at the center of the Makati district in Poblacion which is a strategic position for those looking to be close by fancy restaurants, cocktail bars, rooftops, malls etc. If you prefer a more easy going environment with markets, street food stalls, filipino eateries there are areas close by reachable by foot in about 45/60min. The room was clean and bright and it was big enough. The area is pretty quiet, you will hardly hear roosters singing at 5 am. Wifi is good and stable. Plus: you can refill you water bottle. I really enjoyed the artworks hanging around the hotel and the room.

The staff was so helpful the hotel is so clean & tidy u you are always made ao welcome stuff go above an beyond to help you if they can

The only thing that let my stay down was the bed iam a plus size person an the bed was so flimsy with very thin mattress on it with ply wood up it for support I was very nervous to sit on the bed in case i went through the think board an I could feel the metal of the bed but besides that an Internet problems you could not ask for a better room

Clean basic room was enough for us. We were able to do an early check-in for a just a surcharge. Staff was very friendly, gave some tips about the bus we could take to our next destination. Good neighbourhood (Makati), not too noisy and in walking distance of some nice coffee spots.

Bed was a little small for the two of us, we are very tall so... Far away from central Manila, but a cheap boat or Jeepney ride can fix that easily!

Clean, fresh, bright rooms and bathrooms. Nice decor, good use of wood in the room. Lots of unique paintings throughout the building, the lobby and hallways have a quiet confident style that we appreciated

There is no fridge in the bedroom. There is a common fridge in the lobby, but it is tiny. No kettle in the bedroom, but available in the lobby

Lovely clean and bright - internet worked well.

The check-in process was slow, suggesting the staff member may have been in training. When I asked if there was water in the room, I was directed to a nearby water dispenser but wasn't provided with cups. Only after this was I advised that a pitcher of water was in the room . To improve future guest experiences, please ensure guests are aware that rooms have pitchers (refillable at the dispenser). Location is close to the nightlife but care is needed if walking alone.

New, clean and cozy little hotel at quiet side street. My room was really nice with big windows and a functional bathroom. Staff was really nice and helpful. They helped me a lot to register my sim card and gave other great tips too. You can also store your luggage at the lobby while waiting for your transportation etc.

I should have stayed few days longer :D

Loved this artworks in the hallway, the decor in the reception area. The lift and the wide stairs are super convenient when carrying heavy luggage. My room is also bigger compared to their other property. The large window that doubles as emergency fire exit is a big bonus.

I am missing shelves or a rack for toiletries in the bathroom as well as a small desk for writing/working on a laptop.
