Good location, helpful staff, and good value for money.

The Internet was a bit slow, and AC was loud.

Quaint (cute) little room. Good value for the money. I asked for something a little more spacious since they were going to give us a small corner room, and they were able to accommodate for the same without any problems. They put two twin beds together and it felt like a king bed.

They were going to put us in a corner room that was a lot smaller and different from the pictures but they accommodated us to something slightly bigger. Tv is small and not a lot to offer. Roosters will wake you up around 4-5AM in the morning since there are some nearby

The entire place was simple and very cozy. The staff were also very friendly, helpful, and polite - they helped me with a lot of things such as directions, my luggage, and others. The area is also very convenient and near a lot of restaurants, cafes, etc. It’s also surprisingly not noisy at night although it’s near bars and restaurants. The wifi was also very decent, which was really nice since my work is mostly done online. Overall, this place was great and I would definitely book it again with friends and family :)

When we first arrived, we were a bit unsure about the neighborhood, but turns out, no worries! It felt relatively safe, and the location was super central with easy access to explore the city. As for the room? Honestly, I don’t get the negative comments, it was really good! After weeks of hostel life as backpackers, this felt like heaven. The bed? Absolute cloud status. The kitchen was small, sure, but it’s perfect for a quick snack, not a five-course feast. And bonus: no cockroaches or bedbugs to be found!

The only downside? That 1500 PHP deposit. Way too high.

The staff were really nice and hospitable, the room smells nice, some of their rooms have smart TVs (a requirement for me when booking a place), the room has a microwave and a mini fridge which is also really nice. Overall, comparing to the places that I've booked around poblacion (if same budget), this is the best. Would book again.

Our door's lock is hard to turn with the key since it's kind of broken. Also, just a minor inconvenience, the bidet holder is kind of broken too so it's a bit hard to hook the bidet on it.

What truly stood out was their attention to detail: remembering our names, accommodating special requests with a smile, and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. When a minor issue arose with our room, it was resolved instantly with sincere apologies and a complimentary upgrade—proof that their commitment to customer satisfaction is more than just lip service.

The staff was very cooperative. People were very cherished. They didn't realize that we were far from home. Their staff member named Lovely was an especially cooperative and caring book ride every time for me and asked about anything I needed.

The room should have facilities of water and coffee. Only basic facility otherwise it's perfect. Some sitting areas on the roof top may be.

Whenever I’m in the Philippines which is every two years in the last 15 years, I always make a choice to stay at Nano suites. The staff are simply wonderful so friendly and attentive. Always welcoming me with a smile and ready to help if needed. The hotel itself is a good budget price and a little bit rough around the edges But what do you expect for a budget accommodation. In a nice quiet area of a very busy part of town. I will continue to return to nano.

Super location! Nice area, close to a huge mall. I was able to reach everything by walking. Comfortable bed, AC was a bit loud but you get used to it. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Wifi was mostly working fine - I work online and that was one of my main criteria.

I wish they had a proper outside seating area/ rooftop terrace! It would be perfect there! :)
