The staff are exceptionally very kind and hospitable.

The appliances were old and some were missing. it would be nice to have a updated flat screen tv and a microwave.

The staff were lovely, the room was clean, wifi was great and facilities were okay. Useful to have a fridge in the room. Good ish location to get into central Manila/airport - would recommend if you’re only exploring the city for a few days. The rooftop area was a stunning view.

It’s not the hotel’s fault but as a solo female traveller I didn’t feel safe walking around the area at night, the door to the hotel is locked (with reception opening it when you come in). It’s also very noisy, one night a dog was tied up across the road and barking which kept me up very late, as well as traffic being next to a main road.

little bit noisy from the street (try to get room in other site from the main road). Very bad wifi (10 sec. good, then 30 sec. dont work). You need local sim card if you want good internet). Local SimCard are in 7eleven every corner

The staff in the front desk was accommodating. He helped us with our several luggage going to our room when we arrived and when we checked out. Thanks for the friendly staff. There is an electric kettle, small fridge, mugs, utensils, and glasses that we can use. The shower has a heater esp that the water is cold.

There is only one small soap provisioned. It could have been better if it comes along with a shampoo and conditioner just like other hotel accommodations.

Great value room in a perfect location, easy to get to local bars, not too far from the airport but not too close either. Also easy to get around Manila from here. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean and well equipped and at a great price too. There's a friendly shop next door, and don't forget to take a beer up to their spectacular balcony for views across Makati.

The hotel was just a few walks away from Sts. Peter and Paul Parish Church where I previously served. Very convenient for someone like me who wants to be near the church whenever I visit. Hoping to be back there soon.

The stairs were a bit too steep, almost lost my foothold one time. Might not be convenient for the elderly to climb the stairs.

This is not the first time I stayed in this hotel. I like staying here because of it's location. It's in the center of everything. It's also affordable and clean.

It was pouring hard during my stay. The water would go inside the room and causes a bit of a flood. The aircon was falling apart--it was old.

I liked location and facilities. And staff was nice too. I liked the kettle to boil water and make my own coffee. Buying kopiko cappuccino coffee for 210 pesos and have 30 packs instead of paying 150 pesos at Starbucks once. So kettle is appreciated. Safe is very good too. And fridge of course is great having.

Wasn't much I didn't like. Those who rely on WiFi this isn't the place for you. I had my own data I bought and used almost all the time. So that is one thing they can improve on and wouldn't be too big investment. Also towels I didn't like since it doesn't feel your body is dry after using this kind of towel and it's a small investment in better towels.

Our room was clean, comfy, quiet, perfect temperature and we were welcomed by all the lovely staff here. The roof top area with a beautiful view had a great sheltered seating area to relax and they went above and beyond to make our stay here perfect as they looked after our bags all day after check out as we had a night bus to catch, they let us change and use their toilet before leaving and overall was a great place we would definitely recommend. Brill location too with everything you need near by.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I need to visit Makati. Madaling hanapin yung location and staff are really nice naman. May mini ref to store your drinks, may cutlery and water heater din in case you'd like to have some coffee.

The only thing I didn't like is the fact that there is no available bidet or at least pail and dipper. Come on guys, you know very well that as a Filipino, this is a must for us. I requested this to your staff on day 1 of my stay but no one followed up. Ang sabi pa, icheck po namin if may available. I stayed there for two nights and wala talaga. I think that this is something that needs to be available up front and hindi na kailangan pang irequest.
