I like the location it is accessible to everything. We stayed at 2214 and the place is so neat and welll maintained. The kitchen appliances are working, the dining wares are very clean. I love the design of the bedroom upstairs since it's a loft style. And the comfort room is situated near the bedroom upstairs. Checking in and out is very easy since all the instructions are in the booking.com app and in the email.

We were not able to access the pool which is on the 26th since our access pass is until 22nd floor only. We didn't really plan on swimming because we're already tired. We just booked here for a place to rest. Next time we come back, it will be part of our itinerary. Parking is costly because you need to pay per hour. From 4pm to 12nn we paid 400 pesos for the pay parking.

I appreciate the spaciousness of the place and the beautiful swimming pool on the 36th floor. The staff was also very accommodating.

1. Obtaining the key card was inconvenient as I had to go to the second floor to get it. 2. The pool area access was disappointing. Despite booking a room for six people, only two were allowed to swim at a time. I was excited to enjoy the pool with my family, but the restriction prevented us from doing so. 3. The room was not child-friendly. My 5-year-old son hit his head twice on the sharp corners of the stairs.

I didn't like the security feature where my wife's card was extra she felt like she was being Punished. The stove you had to use the fuse box to turn off. The bed was OK but the frame was suspect maybe it was just us.

I like the place stuff are really great. The place is clean, the room is really beautiful. We Enjoyed our stay. Especially in the pool Area. Incredible views, the City lights at night is really Wonderful. I am really glad I choose The Gremacy Residence celebrating My Birthday together with My friends.

The only thing that I didn't like is we can't go swimming together with My friends because the green Card is only allowed 2 person at a time.

I had an exceptional stay at the condo. Every essential item was provided, and the room exceeded expectations in cleanliness. The photos don't do justice to the actual quality of the room it's even better in person. Overall, a top-notch experience.

The overall stay was fantastic, but it would have been more convenient for larger groups if there were two access cards provided. Similarly, the absence of utensils like spoons and forks was a minor hiccup. Despite these small inconveniences, the clarity is that the stay was truly enjoyable and left a positive impression.

I like that it has a gym and a pool with a view of the Manila skyline. The balcony of the room as well. It is a spacious unit and the host was very accommodating in our requests.

The check in process could be streamlined but this is the system the Gramercy prefers to use for now. I do not like the limitations of the Pool use and gym use but I understand why they have the limitations in place.

The unit is on the 51st floor and it’s the best view I’ve seen. The bed is really comfortable and I’m happy that we can cook. There are TV with Netflix and Prime Video, rice cooker, microwave, kettle, fridge/freezer, hair dryer and iron. I can say this is the best airbnb we’ve stayed in Metro Manila. We’ll definitely come back here when we’re in the Philippines.

The apartment was impeccably clean, incredibly spacious, and wonderfully comfortable; what we loved the most was the fantastic overlooking swimming pool, and the condo's owner was approachable.

I believe it would be a good idea for the owner to consider providing a set of towels in a single color, such as white, to enhance the overall elegance of the space. Not to mention the bedding.

We had a great time staying there. I like that the host was super nice and informed us in advance what to do. It feels like home.There are so many restaurants and banks around which is very convenient just in case you ran out of cash. Gramercy Staff were so nice and so polite too during our stay. Honestly,I like everything about the unit, it's good for family or group of friends, it's clean and so comfortable plus their balcony will give you an awesome view of City.

Building staff and securities were not calibrated upon arrival regarding proper endorsement of the parking slot. Sofa was not comfortable in room 5415. Flooring is too hazardous for a toddler to walk barefoot because of sharp wood object. Please take these feedback as positive so we can improve more moving forward. Thank you and Merry Christmas!
