Lovely modern comfortable and stylish hotel in Poblacion which is a nice part of Manila.This was the best hotel I stayed in during my visits to Manila. It was quiet and very comfortable. I had a great night sleep there. The cafe and restaurant downstairs offer a good selection. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. I wished I had stayed longer but will return next time I am in Manila.

Some soap or hand-wash next to the sink would be useful .

The fact that my room was a loft, with plenty of elbow room to walk around, was something that I really appreciated. The Wi-Fi connection was quick. The staff will go above and beyond to meet the needs of the guests.

The hotel is a little far from any store; you'll have to fairly walk to the nearest Seven Eleven, which wasn't particularly enjoyable because it was heavily raining. Also, my room was on the third floor, and during the weekend, the nightclub on the second floor was extremely loud, with the girls screaming and shouting like there was no tomorrow. I would strongly advise adding soundproofing in the nightclub's walls as well as the rooms on the third floor.

Clean and comfy! Great location near Powerplant Mall.

Cool location in a safe and quiet local environment, with schools, church and a small fresh market. But still only 10 mins from bustling P Burgos. Also Rockwell is just a stone throw away (literally!) Don't forget the free ferry from Hulo to areas such as Chinatown and Intramuros

Needs a little bit of maintenance. No lift to the top floor with premium rooms.

The location for my purposes was excellent. A short stroll from Rockwell, and being just outside the boundary, avoided the steep Rockwell prices. The service was excellent, and the room comfortable and well-appointed.

Not particularly attractive surroundings, but that is built into the price and is to be expected. Otherwise there was nothing else to not like

Really friendly staff. Relatively new hotel it seems. There is a restaurant and bar attached to the hotel which is nice if you are feeling lazy and don't want to go out. Makati is a great area, lots of restaurants and shopping options in walking distance.

No picturesque view looking out of any of the room windows since this hotel is in the middle of the city but that doesn't matter if you're traveling alone. I wish the wifi was a little faster for gaming. It is good enough for Netflix and business tasks.

I liked that it was clean and fairly spacious, really stylish, and very central so it was easy for me to walk everywhere or easily get a taxi to meet friends.

(Not an issue of Havitat Hotel, more just the Philippines in general) - the lack of drinking water. They always provide a few bottles but not enough really for several days of stay. I wish it became normal to provide more water or at least be explicit that it's something we can request.

Great location, short walk to Rockwell Power Plant Mall and to Poblacion. Great friendly and responsive staff. Nice room which was perfect for my needs at this price point. Definitley recommend Havitat Boutique Hotel if you need somewhere budget friendly, clean and comfortable in this area for your short stay. I would come back again.

Really enjoyed my first stay here that I chose to book again a few days after. Rooms are great (I specially liked the room I stayed at the second time) and tastefully decorated. Bed and pillows are super comfy and toiletries/amenities are provided. Specially love they give you refillable bottles of water (instead of plastic bottles - I always appreciate businesses that try to minimize their environmental impact) and shampoo/shower gel are also in refillable containers instead of plastic wrapped ones. Staff are absolutely lovely and friendly!

the socket was a bit far from the bed in the second room I stayed. difficult to use phone while charging. hopefully they can provide extension cords in rooms like this. the first room I stayed at had a socket right next to the bed.

Luggage storage facilities. Nice hangout lounge next to the lobby. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Nicely decorated rooms with attention to details👍

Please be aware that there is a bar/club in the building that operates every Thursday, Friday and Saturday (and on other occasions) from 10pm to 2am in the morning. Very loud music. Use earplugs!
