I like that all staff were very hospitable. Hotel is relatively new so all rooms were very and superbly clean. The view by the pool is exquisite.

It's not really don't like, it's more of hope then can improve on. Their breakfast buffet, choices were very limited and some taste can be improved like the pancakes, they weren't fluffy anymore. I do commend the egg corner, very tasty and soft omelette. What can be improved also is the dog staycation, I paid an additional 3500 for pet's stay (I understand its for the deep cleaning) but it would be nice if it had other inclusions like towel and toy. I stayed at Novotel Araneta Manila and they charge less for the pet stay with those inclusions. Also better if they have a dedicated pet relief area since pets are allowed.

Who could ask for more..? The level of comfort and service here, as far as I reckon, is top notch. For a 1st visit to the Philippines, I found the staff very approachable and accommodating. From front gate, to check in, to bar food 😋 (Master chef..), to room service and house keeping... 10/10 all round. The hotel is new and you can see and feel that. The room we stayed in was nice and clean. The bed and chairs were comfortable, the toilettries esp the soap was amazingly fragrant. We also brought our dog and they gave us a bed and toy for him. There was a cute playpen for toddlers too.

The breakfast buffet was okay. We were there on New Year’s so as expected there were a lot of guests and I understood they were understaffed. The food was also good considering the price we paid. I just wish they offered more fresh fruits. I know it’s a small thing but that would have been nice for a breakfast option.

I love the view and how clean it is and it is so spacious.

The shower was pulsing and was a bit uncomfortable to use because the pressure was unpredictable because of pulsing. The staff was quite slow- both check in and check out took such a long time and even the restaurant had no one attending to it so we waited for that one as well. The pool staff also took too long to give us fresh towels that we decided not to use the pool anymore.

We had a great stay at Novotel Suites in Manila. The location is very convenient, close to Makati and easy to get around. The staff were friendly and professional, and the rooms were clean and comfortable—just what we needed for a smooth and relaxing stay.

The only downside was the pool, which felt too small for a hotel of this size and looked quite dirty, so we ended up not using it.

- Stayed at hotel for a total of 6 days (was only supposed to stay 5 days but booked an extra night) - Facilities were clean & very updated. Used the gym everyday (great equipment) - Ate breakfast, lunch & dinner at the hotel. Food was great and fairly priced - Staff & security out the front were very friendly & helpful. - Room was spacious, great city view. , Bathroom clean

What I like most is the view deck from the 21st floor as well as the convenience store and some restaurants on the other side of the hotel.

I didn't appreciate the route going to the hotel, when getting there we passed by the informal settlers area of Mandaluyong which is a bit annoying and quite a hassle, I hope there would be an alternate route as an improvement.

It is facing rockwell makati and have amazing view from the pool area! Place is quite and safe since its surrounded by security in different entry/exit point. Staff are accommodating.. 100/10 for that!

The hotel building is quite and clean however outside the premise of the hotel are residential houses with small streets, if youre not familiar with the area you might end up taking long route.

breakfast changes daily, fresh and tasty. Staff are all very kind and nice. Room is spacious and clean, I would recommend this hotel for others.

I tried to use my credit card to pay, but it didn't go through, eventually i had to use a web link to pay and the process took longer than expected.
