The hotel is perfect, quality/price, if you know what you are looking for, it is not high quality, and the facilities, bathroom, etc... are not new, but the room is very spacious, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioning works perfectly, and the bathroom is spacious, comfortable and with good hot water . The staff is lovely, friendly and very attentive.

It is not the hotel for you if you are looking for luxury or high quality, but it is a comfortable hotel in an area full of restaurants, leisure facilities and shopping centres.

It is a 4 story hotel located steps to Makati Ave, Burgos St and Century mall with grocery store, Starbucks, restaurants and cinema so very convenient to walk. The much larger Greenbelt/Glorietta mall is 20 minutes walk or short taxi ride and worth a visit. The thing I liked most is friendly staff, free filtered water outside room and just the size of room is like small apartment with full kitchen, Ref and gas cooktop but no pots/pans to cook only 2 plates, spoons and cups. Older hotel but has good wifi, large tv with Netflix and no waiting for elevators.

Shower head needs update but is typical in Philippines. Some pots and frying pan would be nice as there is a kitchen in superior suite.

My room was a great size with a great view from balcony. Despite being bang in the centre of everything as it's a side street, noise levels were ok. Staff were attentive and welcoming. Minor leak in bathroom needing fixing a little updating. Kitchen with minimal utensils but I had no need to use. Would recommend for a short stay in Makati.

It’s just totally relaxed and brilliant. Warm and welcoming. Everything you might need is there, occasionally you might need to ask for extra crocks and cutlery if you plan a party but all delivered with smiles and top notch service.

The staff are outstanding, air conditioning was out so they changed rooms no issue. Help with any needs and even open the door both in and out of the facility. This is how a hotel needs to be run. The owners should be proud. Loved this place and the staff.

Big spacious rooms,great view from balcony, smack dab in the middle of all the action. The rooms are 90% noise proof.

It has a kitchen but hardly any utensils, pots and pans etc to go with it Be nice if it had a roof top bar Some water dripping from toilet pipe, nothing major

I highly recommend this accommodation near to restaurants it is at the center of Makati, the location is accessible and easy to get taxi if you need. The satff are nice , accommodating and always there if you need assistance. The room is clean and spacious. Facilities inside are functional and easy to use.Thank you for the unlimited drinking water, it's free 😊 Kudos to all the staff 👏

Staff was amazing. So friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to interact with them. Location is brilliant. They did room service every day. Of course, it's not a luxury hotel but for the price it's really great! There was also a small balcony.

It had a kitchen but it was not well equipped. It was not a problem because I didn't need it.
