Very friendly staff. Big effort from check in till check out. to make us an unforgettable stay

No orange juice at the breakfast buffet

Wonderful staff. From the moment we stepped foot into the hotel to check in we were greeted by at least a dozen front house staff with wonderful greetings to welcome us. all staff was extremely attentive and went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The chefs at breakfast went out of their way to spoil us and accommodate our every need. The selection of food was wonderful, but the service was much better. All front and staff from Bellman to front desk to management. We’re all exceptional. You will not even find this type of service and kindness at the Ritz Carlton. If we could rate this a 20 out of 10 we would. The hotel is exceptionally clean from the rooms to the common area to the restaurants, spotless.

We just didn’t get to spend enough time there. We spent two weeks and it went by very quickly.

The rooftop pool with views of BGC and even the famous Manila sunset is hard to beat. The rooms were quite clean and comfortable, and the reception super friendly. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety. To top it off, the hotel is literally next door to SM Aura and all the urban wonders of BGC (and the *embos too!) are right at your feet.

It was a bit pricey. For the price, the TV at the hotel could offer Netflix and/or other modern streaming platforms instead of awesomely bad satellite TV channels. The Viva channel did take me on a nostalgia trip though, so there is that.

Arnold was amazing. Everyone was incredibly helpful. We also stayed at Eastwood Richmonde, Dusit Thani, and Isla Amara, and Brittany was by far my absolute favorite hotel of all! I’m glad we stayed four whole nights!

Bar isn’t open late ;) like O2 rooftop. And we had to change the bath gel bottle as it wouldn’t pump. Very minor things.

I like their customer service especially their receptionist named Raymond who exceeded my expectations. I waited a little bit to check in because they were fully booked but Raymond made sure that I will get the best room. Breakfast buffet is delicious and staff was accommodating with all my food request. Beautiful pool and not crowded.

Nothing. I liked everything and we were satisfied with their service, parking is spacious as well. Food is delicious. Room is tidy though they don't have bath tub.

The location, very friendly staff and the rooms were spacious and clean. Only the bathroom lacked face towels . But there was shampoo conditioner and body wash provided. Over all we had a pleasant stay.

the staffs are amazing! have welcome drinks, I didn’t expect this excellent location, big shopping mall just few steps away! all the restaurants, commercial buildings are nearby! almost you can get everything clean rooms ! best and good value for both business trip or vacation! love it ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The location was great. Walking distance to the main strip of the BGC. Spacious room.

We were locked out of our room a half hour before we were to be checked out. Slight inconvenience. Took some time to resolve.
