A fridge in the room. The bathroom in every room. The friendly staff. Rooms are clean and they look new. The low price.

The location is far from everywhere. The price is low, but you have to add the costs of taxi/Grab, if you want to get anywhere. I couldn't find any good public transport connection with the airport and with Cubao Bus Terminal.

The two things this place has going for it are its location (15 minutes walk to BGC) and price (160ish PHP). The staff are friendly and mostly helpful. Free parking as well, though spots are limited for cars. The mattresses aren't great but serviceable. The sheets and towels are clean, though my towel was kind of on its last legs. Air con works well enough, window for fresh air. Every room has a fridge and microwave. The lockers are large with organizational shelving. It will fit any carry on size luggage but huge roller luggage bags won't fit. There's no water cooler but you can request hot water from the front desk. It's most likely boiled tap water, which is fine in Manila as long as the pipes aren't ancient and i don't think the building is that old. The airport isn't too far away. My grab took 30 minutes and cost 330 PHP from this accommodation at 4pm on a weekday. In spite of all the negatives, consider the ultra low price. For the price paid i can recommend it, as long as you are okay with the issues I mentioned. The are many locals and long term stays so if you're here for more than a night or two you'll definitely get to know some of the others, but it's not a party hostel. Go to mad monkey if you want that vibe.

No toiletries or toilet paper provided. The bathroom is very cramped, no place to put anything except on the toilet, no lock and the shower water is cold. There was a fellow in my room that had been staying for two months. While i was there he said the bathroom wasn't cleaned for 3.5 weeks in spite of constant requests by multiple people in the room. The lack of cleanliness attracts cockroaches. We had them in our bathroom and hiding in the dark storage lockers. They weren't on the beds or anything like that so more of a nuisance. The only common area is in the lobby and it's pretty limited, so don't plan on any kind of working space as seating is limited.

I liked about the property is it is cheap or budget friendly and it has air-conditioner, mini fridge, microwave, blinds on every bed so you still have privacy, free use of towel and blanket

I didn't like that they don't have bidet on the restroom, it would be better if they have atleast bucket and so called "tabo"

Very budget friendly! The staffs are nice and the place is near to many stores and the BGC area. Amenities like blankets and towels were also provided and there's a privacy curtain in each bed. There's also a microwave and fridge inside the accomodation.

I didn’t get my key card right away during my short stay, so I had to ask for help at the front desk each time I came back to the property.

There were unfriendly foreigners and one of them was a little aggressive with the lady front desk receptionist. This place needs a security guard/personel to protect its employees working at night.

Though everything was great, I wish there had been more amenities. However, the cleanliness, comfort, and friendly staff more than made up for it. Overall, a positive experience!

The staff are really helpful and friendly. The prices are also fair for what you get. Plus, you can just walk for about 10 minutes to the mall and convenience store.

Toilet is dirty. Air Conditioning Unit filter is full of dust, I had to take it out myself and wash it in order for the unit to work properly. Needs more housekeeping personnel.
