My experience did not start well but things got better each time. I am a light sleeper and the room I had upon check in was on the 7th floor and was too noisy because of the traffic, so I asked for a change. Although it was really late (around midnight) and it took some time I was moved to 15th floor which was less noisy. Every request I made was taken well and had been replied shortly. The sheets were clean and usually I keep itching on hotel beds because of the chemicals used which never happened at Seda BGC.

I haven't booked the room myself, but my workplace did. I wasn't able to communicate with the hotel through the app (this is a booking.com issue). Also, I had breakfast the first morning and I had to look for coffee or tried to reach someone for 15 minutes. There was a coffee bar but I've been told that I would be served directly at the table, which didn't happen until a waiter realized and brought some coffee. I had to leave for a workshop so I wasn't able to have a second coffee in the morning. It was a minor issue but you expect better, if not the best from such a hotel.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of BGC Manila and close to everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, every staff member we encountered was incredibly warm and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The building and rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, and the daily buffet breakfast was a highlight - so fresh and delicious with plenty of options (both western and local cuisines). The transfer from the airport was seamless, which was such a relief after a long and tiring flight. Everything about our stay was easy, relaxing, and enjoyable. We truly can't wait to return in the future!

Overall, I had a very good stay here. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and hassle-free. The hotel is surrounded by many establishments that are walkable, so you’ll never run out of places to explore, eat, or shop. If you’re someone who enjoys getting your 10k steps a day, you can definitely achieve it by exploring the areas.

Not that I didn't like it but I saw in some reviews that guests suggested having Netflix or similar video streaming available in the rooms. This would be a great addition so we could also fully enjoy the room amenities.

The rooms were clean. Location amazing. Walking distance to major shopping malls and restaurants. Staff was pleasing and helpful. Amazing omelette made by the chef at the counter. The staff in the breakfast restaurant were welcoming and were attentive to all and were quick to serve. The check-in was smooth, and the security and the concierge did a good job. Our drop back to the airport was well arranged.

The room floor was uneven in one area. Options for breakfast buffet were less, especially if you were a foreigner. The seats were too close to each other in the restaurant, which made me a bit uncomfortable . In room dining options were less and expensive.

Location, service and staff. If I could mention all the names I would, but that list will too long and I think it would suffice to just say everyone. We have not encountered any staff member who is not nice or friendly. Everyone is so courteous and attentive to your needs, making you feel good and welcomed. Shout out to the hotel manager Yancie, massaging crew, receiving staff Allen, Chris, and room cleaner Arnel for an excellent job of making the hotel a safe, organized and welcoming environment. We had a wonderful time and look forward coming back.

The hotel was in a great location. Due to the pool closure, we were upgraded to a one bedroom apartment with a bath. The room was very clean, modern with a very comfortable bed. Good view. A decent quality buffet breakfast was included. The staff were wonderful, very friendly, attentive and helpful.

Communication. We booked this hotel 10 months earlier with free cancellation as it had a pool.. After the free cancellation period expired, we received an email that the pool was closed for renovations which they knew months earlier. To their credit, we were given an room upgrade.

Shopping and restaurants accessible by foot, nice location.

Bed type request was not followed, we were told that our booking was upgraded to executive but we would have preferred a twin. Upgrade didn't feel like an upgrade at all. Also, staff told my brother that we were lucky to have booked in a cheap rate cause we booked early. I don't know what she was implying but the price was not our concern. It's as if she was saying we wouldn't be there if we booked later than we did. We wanted to catch up in a nice location after years of not seeing each other.

The hotel's location was absolutely fantastic. Situated in the heart of the city, it provided easy access to major attractions, shopping areas, and public transportation. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to different dietary preferences.

Unfortunately, the room condition left much to be desired. There were visible signs of corrosion in the bathroom, particularly around the shower area and sink fixtures. This gave the impression of poor maintenance and cleanliness standards.

The lobby area, service and food at breakfast was great! The gym was very spacious and we truly appreciated the dehumidifier! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Laundry service was prompt and reasonable.

The older tower has larger rooms but not very well-lit bathrooms (CFLs vs Halogens). We had to move to the newer tower, with its smaller space but at least halogen-lit bathrooms. Lamps and bathroom scales were not working when we arrived, but were quickly replaced. Also, the phone service to the lobby was not working from either tower, yikes.

Stayed 1 night to attend high school reunion held at hotel. Graciously given early check-in so we can prepare for the 5 pm event. Our room was on a 7th floor corner with 2 huge picture windows, king sized bed and huge bathroom with shower. Very clean and comfortable. Staff: Most helpful staff especially at front desk and concierge. Appreciated packing tape and scissors made available for us. Location: cannot be better. Easy walk to stores and restaurants on High Street and Serendra. Easy ride to airport using Grab. Breakfast: included in our room rate but because we had an early flight, they packed fruits and pastries for us to take to airport. Much appreciated! Event facilities: very good event room, excellent professional staff, food at buffet was on time and very good.

Wish we could have stayed longer!
