Loved the overall look, the casino, and the exclusive feel. Best pool of the 3 connecting hotels (refer to picture). Hotel staff was great, one of my rooms got upgraded to the Aqua Suite free of charge - where I let my parents stay. But my King Club Room had the better view IMO.

The security is understandable, we even tolerated the scans but we didn’t appreciate the rule of no outside food allowed. People are on vacation, where are we supposed to keep food gifts we buy or if we have leftover from eating out? Inconsiderate.

Great location and great customer service

We’re not allowed to bring in food from outside. Doesn’t really make sense. Other 5 starts hotel doesn’t mind bringing in food. If they can’t cater the need and taste buds of their customers then they should definitely allow food to enter. Most balikbayan crave food that they want to eat and they can’t get them inside the city of dreams. They should be more considerate. Even Jollibee is not allowed. What a shame.

Our room was big enough for 3 adults & 1 kid. The beds were very comfortable, we all slept well. We had an extra bed for 1 adult. So 2 adults were sleeping in the big bed with the kid. Bathroom was big and the whole room was always clean. We enjoyed that snacks & drinks from the mini bar in our room, was for free. You never get that in a hotel. All the staff were super friendly and always helpful. The casino and restaurants were in the hotel, so you could walk anywhere. The prices of the restaurants were too expensive.

1 time we had a little insect in our room. And we didn‘t have any food in the room. The receptionist advised us, not to have food in the room. The room seemed quite dark, probably because the windows were tinted.

First time staying at Hyatt and it did not disappoint! Staff was very attentive and helpful, especially at the club lounge. Special mention to Michelle for helping us check in and out, Joel and Mark for assisting us during breakfast, and the rest of the staff (Shey, Charlene, Melody, Prince, Beverly, Kristine, Lourisse) for making our stay so pleasant! Also, I loved that the room service was available for 24 hours. We didn't leave the City of Dreams and fully enjoyed our staycation!

Staying here is a bit pricey. So, make sure you double-triple check the bill upon check-out. If you are with kids, make sure you check if they ordered room service.

They upgrade the the furniture in the rooms with plastic fineer. Stuck drawers etc Not nicely done. Maintenance is very important for a hotel but i think this is the wrong way to upgrade. They make a lot of money can upgrade in a proper way

Room, breakfast, bed and staff are good. We are satisfied.

1. I didn't like the smell of the cigarette are too strong, even to the way going to the dream works also in restaurant area. 2. small reception area, lacks seating / chairs while waiting for check inn and out. 3. choose the hotel wing/side where the pool is located, not knowing we stayed at other side, we change elevators and go to the other wing to go to the pool side 4. you can not swim at the other pool, since it is a COD resort, it would be better that guest can freely swim in any pool they want,

Best days to start the new year! We had an amazing experience during our recent stay at Hyatt Regency. My family loved the amenities, the good choice of foods and the exceptional service of staff. Check-in and out were hassle free. If given a chance I will definitely stay again here before going back to work.

My son has multiple food allergies, and when the hotel informed us that bringing outside food was not allowed, I communicated this concern. However, I felt that the hotel did not accommodate my request. I didn't agree with this restriction, as other hotel I've stayed at have always allowed it when I presented doctor's certificate.

The Hyatt Regency Manila, City of Dreams has spacious, modern rooms that are super comfy and clean, with top-notch amenities. The staff is really professional and attentive, often going the extra mile for guests. There are plenty of dining options, offering both international and local dishes that are tasty and set in a nice atmosphere. The hotel also has great facilities like a fitness center, pool, and spa, making it perfect for both business and leisure stays. It's conveniently located in the City of Dreams complex, so entertainment is just a stone's throw away, and it's close to the airport too. Overall, it's a luxurious and comfy place to stay, with high standards and great attention to detail.

A stale smoke smell near the casino, dim room lighting, and that the buffet breakfast could use more variety and better quality. Also, while the hotel's close to the airport, traffic around the area can be a hassle.

Just needed a place close to the airport after my flight landed at 11pm. Nice hotel and staff

Nothing special. Would stay at another place next time.
