Good cleanliness and service. Above expectation for a budget hotel! Great Wifi. No problems using the internet or downloading media during my stay. Beautiful room. Lots of thought went into making the small space comfortable and lovely. Good security. Physical presence on property and needed use of room cards to operate the elevators. I felt very secure in this property.

Not enough power outlets. I found it difficult to charge devices and use my medical equipment. Limited seating, other than the bed. My last Red Planet hotel offered a small desk and chair. That added immensely to my comfort. The Aseana property was austere, even by Red Planet standards.

Really good value for price hotel. No breakfast, but the room have basic and modern design stuff that you need. Great for tourist that are finding clean rooms without insects, and just need to sleep somewhere while traveling around and in Manila. Bed was good, Room was clean, Shower and toilet good, water pressure good, no old looking stuff, and netflix available :) Aircon also good. Locality good.

Nothing, but what would add value to red planet hotel rooms would be breakfast or if they would just do service like have a deal with some restaurant, from which they would order food every morning. ... Even if it would just be like 10-20 pieces of pizza, still would not be expensive for hotel and value for guests. Also no balcony can be a point for someone.

Its nice and and affordable... accessible to all your needs... at the entrance there is a withdrawable machine that accepts international cards or Debit Card and Local bank cards. You will never run out of close banks because its 24/7. Also its near 711, BPI bank, Convenience Stores, Restaurants, Jollibee, CASINO's and a lot more. People are very friendly from the Entrance Guard, Reception/ Counter to Bed makers. They also have water dispenser at the Ground level and Luggage Storage after you checkout you can leave them if they are not full. We've check-in here so many times last all good no problem at all. If there is something that we need they will response or if you request something they will answer you asap. Its like a home for us to stay when in Manila.

They dont have a cup but they have despenser hot and cold, so you need to have your own bottled water to refill with or at least you have something else. But its good they have water there.

satisfied guest here. I have my surgery in Las Piñas and stayed here for a week. This Hotel is very practical everything are near like MOA. Banks like BPI is just around the corner and even Jollibee and 7 eleven and SNR is just infront. NAIA Airport like Terminal is not that far. I can recommend this Hotel. Perfect staycation. The Front Desk Employee are friendly. The Security Guards are nice and friendly too they always help us bringing our luggage and very respectful. Also they will help you to book the Grab heheheh....

The Soap Dispenser should be replace, is not working. Sometimes the room service to clean you have to inform them most of the time to clean our room.

It was a 6 minute walk away from our seminar venue. Walking distance to a few fast food chains, 24 hour convenience store, MOA, church, S&R. Half an hour ride to NAIA 2. The area is not very congested and thus not polluted. WIFI was for free. Secured elevator access (can't go to upper floor without a key card). Guards, receptionist, and staff were very polite. Keep it up Red Planet Aseana!

The bathroom sink is clogged but we did not call the attention of the management. It seems the sound proofing is not that good, we can sometimes hear the other room. Not a fan of bath gels, I'm a bath soap user. Sleepers and toiletries were for sale. There was no kettle in the room but hot and cold water dispenser is available for free at the lobby.

Red Planet has always been my go-to whenever I go to Metro Manila, whether for work or with friends/family. As always, they provide exemplary customer service that I couldn't find anywhere else (except for their Cubao branch haha). But the branch in Aseana was beyond satisfactory. When you step in, you are greeted by their friendly and accommodating guards and staff, who smile at you. They even helped us check in earlier because rooms were already available. I also left my headphones in my room and later realized it when I was already in Hong Kong. When I called, they immediately looked for them, found them, and said they'd keep them until I returned. I'm so happy with their staff, too. They always open doors for us, help us in the elevator, and respond to our needs immediately. Thank you, RP Aseana. You are above and beyond!

The hotel is a short Grab ride from the airport. The staff are very helpful. My room had a comfortable bed, great aircon and a very clean bathroom. It was easy and cheap to travel to other districts of the city (although I went during Holy Week when the roads are quieter).

I probably could've chosen a better located Red Planet for my few days in Manila. Red Planet Intramuros would've been walking distance to historic sites, and Red Planet Makati is in a livelier neighbourhood with more cafes, restaurants, and bars. This Red Planet is perfect for anyone that wants to be close to the airport or Mall of Asia.

Staff was courteous and friendly especially Vanie! Their gesture of touching their heart each time t ngreet guests is very touching

Should have phone in each room. There were a couple of nights where guests were very loud in the hallway but we couldn't complain by calling the front desk because we would have to leave the room so we just had to listen to their noise until 2 or 3 in the morning.

The formula here seems to be a large shower with lots of hot water and water pressure. The bed is comfortable and the Aircon works . The linens and mattress are a little worn these days and the room is small, but it's modern and delivers the formula. Good restaurants in the area, try the Ramin place.

As mentioned, linens should be cycled out for new as the age is showing, but still better than some hotels I've stayed at.

This place is my ideal budget hotel. Nothing else to be said. The quality of linen and beds is simply unseen in this category of facilities. I wish there were Red Planet in other places I use to travel. High level of comfort, nice facilities and environment, excellent noise insulation, kind and efficient staff, low cost.

Nothing to complain. Yes, rooms are small, but that is what you pay for. Several much more pricey places in Japan would give you even smaller rooms and similar level of services, and still be considered high rated.
