We like the space of the room. The location and the comfortable bed.

There’s no towel in the room when we checked in. We have to ring twice before they hand out some towel and it takes a long time. They only give us two towel instead of 4 as we are 4 people and that’s what we ask for as well when we rang them. The staff said she will come back but she never did. The air conditioner stop working but they got it fix. It’s just a little bit inconvenient for us. I’m glad we just stay there for one night.

The location, staff and facilities.

Being old and I have to make sure the door in the toilet is tightly closed especially at night for I have seen some cockcroaches in the toilet.

I booked for ten nights at this hotel for our little holiday in the Philippines. Also, I booked extra 5 rooms for my family (parent, siblings, nieces and nephews) so we can have our little reunion [in one place] rather then us going to meet them all in different places. It served the purpose. We had an amazing time together. What we like: the hotel is conveniently walking distance to MOA. We had free breakfast (good selection but mostly Filipino dishes). The staff were friendly and super helpful. Easy to get around. There's a lot of restaurants and eateries nearby. There's also a laundromat next to the hotel. A few convenience stores around the hotel for necessities. There's also a supermarket nearby. . . For these reasons, I recommend it!

What we don't like: there's that sleazy area on the right side of the hotel where smokers and taxi drivers congregate. Also, there's no choice of Western breakfast (mostly Filipino breakfast). There's no towels to the pool area. You have to bring your own towel from your room.

The hotel service was great. We used some of the facilties in the building and enjoyed the pool and the gym. Our driver used the garage, which was necessary for us. From the moment we checked in until we departed the hotel staff was awesome.There were a few shops/stores nearby which was nice. We were within walking distance of MOA, which was nice. The bakery just above the lobby was great. Also, the few issues we brought up to the staff they always had a quick response. They definately wanted our stay to be enjoyable.

The room was good, but it was a little dirty (shower/carpet). The restaraunt on the 7th floor had a great breakfast, but was not as high quality for dinner. Dinner staff was slow, nonaccomodating and uninterested in serving us. The ratio of servers was 7 to 1 (just our table of 3). It took about 30 minutes to get our sodas, the staff was just socializing with each other and not working. I would not recommend going to that place hungry. The elevators were a little confusing; recommend asking the staff for assistance.

Its in a very good location. SMX convention center is very nearby also the MOA ( Mall of Asia) is very nearby. Not far from International airport. It took just 20 - 25 minutes to reach the Hotel. Good hospitality & welcome at reception. Room is spacious & nicely arranged. Staffs are really very professional and take care of maintaining the cleanliness in room & surrounding areas. Linens are clean and hygienic, maintained well by the staff. All staffs are very cordial, professional, courteous. They greet with smiling faces always. We liked the breakfast. Varieties of food, Tea, coffee, juices...what not. Tasty delicious food. Live kitchen also for few items. Chefs are also good.

Payment has to made against a broken cup..in fact a cup slips from the hand & broken. We paid for the same ( an used cup. not a new one) a high price, un reasonable, which I didn't like in fact.

I enjoyed the balance of being near the big shopping centre while also appreciating the quieter neighbourhood feel.The staff provide a variety of fresh and delicious options to start my day off right.

Overall, our stay at the hotel was decent, but one thing that really bothered me was the luggage storage policy. After checking out, I requested to leave two of my suitcases at the hotel and collect them at a later date. Unfortunately, the receptionist informed me that this would only be possible if we had another future booking. I’ve stayed at many hotels where this was never an issue, so I found this policy inconvenient and unhelpful. It would have been much better if the hotel could have been more accommodating, especially for guests who have just completed their stay.

We liked the location near by MOA and me personally I liked the room size. It’s big.

I don’t like that I have to deposit more than the room price. I know I can get it upon check out, but I just don’t get it why that much.

Our entire stay from beginning to end was wonderful. The concierge took care of handling our bags from the taxi to our room, which was a reprieve from handling them ourselves at the airports and we were very tired from our 18-hour plane trip. Since we were tired and had to check out early the next morning, we didn't want to go out for the rest of the day and ordered room service before we went to bed. The food and drink was amazing; everything was delicious and was plated beautifully, and excellent value for the amount we had ordered. Many compliments to the restaurant and chefs. The bathroom was also lovely, the shower had plenty of space and the water pressure was perfect; we all freshened up well and were very relaxed after our long journey. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we slept very well on them, and the air conditioning was perfect for the heat outside and easy to adjust with the remote control when we needed to. Being able to watch Netflix on the TV was great and the Wi-Fi was strong and easy to connect to, as well. The breakfast buffet was also very nice; we didn't eat much as we had to leave early for our domestic flight, but the selection of fruits, breads, and cereals that we had tasted great; I especially liked the iced tea. There was a lot of hot food options that the other guests seemed to enjoy. The service from the staff was exceptional; we called the front desk for an extra towel and toilet roll and it was brought up to our room in only a few minutes. We also called to have the luggage trolley sent up to our room before we came downstairs to check out, and it also arrived in only a few minutes. Checking in and out was a breeze. We very much enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again.

The view from the window was essentially just the tall apartment building/hotel next door, but that didn't bother us at all really as we kept the curtains closed during our stay as they were when we first arrived. Getting to the guest elevator was also a little confusing as you have to go up the escalator first, then go around a few corners; we mistook the staff elevator for the guest elevator at first. But once you do it all the first time, it's not that hard to figure out afterwards and the staff are very kind about directing you there.

This hotel was great value for money. We needed an overnight stay between flights that wasn’t too far from the airport that came with a bit of entertainment. This fit the bill as it was close to the Mall of Asia. The mall is a 5-10 minute walk away, but if it is super hot you might like to take a Grab. The rooms were decorated nicely and clean. They were quite small, but perfect for a night or two.

There were two drawbacks about this hotel. The shower temperature changes every few seconds. Not fun. Also, the layout is extremely confusing. You need two different lifts to get to your room, and you have to go hunting for the second one. There are several lifts that you CAN’T use (staff only) and they are not clearly labeled as such. The front desk just pointed us in the direction of the first lift and left us to wander around the hotel for the next 10 minutes trying to find our hotel. This whole debacle could easily be fixed with clear signage and perhaps a staff member to escort you to your room.

The room is just right but the wardrobe is too small. Shower is big enough and plenty of hot water. Buffet breakfast have plenty of choice with fruits, good brewed coffee, juice and infused water. The staffs at the buffet are well organised. They are located close to MOA (around 7mins walk) and about 5mins to Walter Mart Mall. There's also a laundry service just outside of the hotel which charge reasonable price.

The room is a bit dusty, especially under the chair. The wardrobe is very small. The tiles around the buffet area needs to be fixed as some of them are not glued anymore..
