LOCATION This is my first time to visit this property. I'm happy kasi malapit sya sa mga major attractions na gusto naming puntahan para ipasyal yung kiddo ko. Sa baba, may Alfamart for basic necessities/foods/toiletries. May Nuat Thai for PHP600/hr. Uncle John's sa may Tower C malapit. BDO malapit lang din. Walking distance to SM Mall of Asia Since nasa city center sya, marami kang mapupuntahan na malls. Pwede ka magpadeliver via FP or Grab. May pool for a PHP150 fee/day. All 4 lifts at Tower B are working. Lobby is so nice. ROOM I think the room was initially a loft type converted into a 1Br. The interior design is good kasi hindi mukhang cramped sa loob. Fully-furnished so pwede kang magluto, maglaba, manood ng Netflix/YT. Hindi namin nakuha yung view na malapit sa pool but then okay lang. May balcony din sa mga bet mag emote or for the smokers. Dishwashing soap, body soap and shampoo + towels provided na rin. Ang problemahin mo na lang is yung panluto mo like salt, bigas, oil etc. We enjoyed our stay. Salamat po sa mga staffs na nakilala namin (Ms. MJ and Ms. Norma).

The rooms are not at the same level of cleanliness . They charge for stains on Bed linen that can be washed and disinfect to be used for another guest .

It was my second time in condo R Us, the place is near to mall of Asia just walking distance and safe place to stay . The one who assisted me she so kind, I was not able to get her name. The place was very clean , smells so good . No insects around which I like the most. You can cook and wash your clothes they have automatic washing machine. I would highly recommend CONDO R Us. I will surely book again for my next vacation next year. ♥️♥️♥️

LOVE the unit where I stayed in. It's clean & it smells good. Kitchen amenities are complete. I also love that it has a washing machine because it lessens the hassle of packing used clothes. Toiletries (a roll of tissue, liquid soaps) and slippers were also provided for use. TV has netflix and YT. Internet connection is ok. I don't have photos of the place because I was so busy prepping up for the con. This was my 2nd time booking with Condo R' Us and it has always been a good experience.

Booked a stay for Treasure Hello Tour Concert last April 14-15, 2023. The location of the unit we stayed in is very good. It was in Tower C which was the 1st tower you'll come across coming from MOA Arena Coral Way road so it's not hard to find. The unit is very clean (smells nice too) and it's a plus for me that there's a washing machine. There's an Alfamart within the grounds which is open 24/7 so you can buy food/drinks/toiletries anytime. There's also an ATM machine (not sure if it was BDO or BPI). Condo R Us staff, Ms. MJ is nice and easy to transact with. Our overall stay is great. Highly Recommended!

Wifi is intermittent. We used our mobile data throughout our 2- day stay instead. (hence the 9 out of 10 rating). I would suggest to have this improved.

The View was okay, not pointed into the pool, so it was an open feeling to see outside of the window. The aircon was cold and it had a complete kitchen.

The airport, a lot of aeroplanes departure but it's normal in this Area of the City. The deposit of 2.000PHP is unacceptable for my opinion. It's not okay to insist on a deposit and mention right after not to leave stains on the bedding, which is if you're having a child or simply using the bed and leave a stain on it just normal. The Host didn't accept to change the dates, in my case there was unfortunate a Taifun coming and it would have been kind to take a step forward to us and switch but whatever... that's why we won't come again anyway. All in all it was okay.

I sent a message to the booking.com for a possibility that we will be given a room with the view of the mall of asia.. the request was conveyed/sent twice but we did not receive a response.. when we arrived and asked the staff, she answered that there was no available room that we requested.. it was alright but we could have been informed beforehand or the management could have informed us when we sent the request

Location is great, checking in was smooth, I love that it has board games in the table and the shower is functioning well. Not to mention that its clean although you can see small roaches crawling but all in all, made our stay really chill. And bed is comfy while internet is fast!

I am not sure but i cant figure out how to operate their Netflix on TV plus there is no place in the building to leave your luggage if your trip requires you to go somewhere before the airport etc and also it could have been a plus if staff knows little things about services in the area like a massage place, best place to eat etc. very minimal but could be a good way to make guests feel special coz they are already friendly

Netflix and YouTube are not working. The unit is on the ground floor and it was not mentioned in the booking details. I was expecting there to be a balcony.

10/10 We like the room its very spacious and very clean. We love all the areas of the unit as a whole. Eapecially the balcony. We are able to contemplate while looking at the city view. 2nd is the pool amenity. Its clean and well maintained. And most of all. The staffs and the person inchargebof the room. They are able to explain and inform us everything that we need to know. They are very accommodating. Even our pool access ticket they made it convenient for us and bring it to our room. Thank you so much we enjoy our stay. Untik our next booking❤️
