Location is very near Mall of Asia.and also bear Baclaran Church. Plus, the swimming pool which offers time of relaxation and enjoyment especially for children. Their buffet breakfast is very practical addition during booking. Although their are signs of the hotel getting old already, the cleanliness is still very commendable.

The room we had on the 12th floor already shows signs of dilapidation especially with the wall papers. The sliding door of the shower room in 1205 is already squeaking. Even outside the room, the floor tiles are already showing signs of damages like cracks and uneven floor which you can feel when you step on them. Also, the wifi signal was very weak and intermittent, not recommended for those with online work like us. As a result, we had to use our mobile data.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel 101 Manila, and I must say that my experience was truly delightful. The hotel's convenient location made my stay all the more enjoyable. Situated near various malls and restaurants, it was incredibly convenient for exploring the local area and indulging in some fantastic dining options. Additionally, its proximity to the airport was a huge plus, especially for travelers like me. One of the standout features of Hotel 101 Manila was its emphasis on safety. As a guest, I felt secure and well-protected throughout my stay. The hotel's security measures were top-notch, ensuring a worry-free experience. This aspect greatly contributed to my peace of mind and added an extra layer of comfort to my stay. The staff at Hotel 101 Manila were truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist. Their friendliness and professionalism created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Whether I had questions about the local area, needed assistance with my room, or simply wanted recommendations for nearby attractions, the staff members were always available and eager to help. Their exceptional service undoubtedly left a lasting impression on me. The rooms at Hotel 101 Manila were comfortable and well-appointed. The bed was cozy, and the amenities provided were of high quality. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the housekeeping staff ensured that everything was in order throughout my stay. The attention to detail in maintaining the rooms was commendable, and it added to the overall positive experience. Furthermore, the hotel's facilities were excellent. The common areas were well-maintained and provided a welcoming ambiance. The dining options within the hotel were diverse and offered a range of delectable dishes. The convenience of having these amenities readily available within the premises was a definite advantage.

The rooms are so tight. It's just good for 2 people. My wife lost most of her original expenaive makeup materials when we just went out for a walk. We reported it, but nothing happen however the staff showed concern

The price and location are the best

I called twice to tell the reception that I booked for 3 people and to give us 3 towels. They did send us an rxtra towel. But on the next day, they took all towels and left only 2. So I call back again. Just for them to send an extra towel. Have to remind them over and over that i booked for 3 people and 3 towels are needed.

The concept of providing a microwave, sink, and kettle is a fantastic winning formula for 101 and its other properties. It’s thoughtful touches like these that truly elevate the guest experience. We encourage the team to continue maintaining and upgrading the spaces while taking every piece of feedback seriously — it’s clearly paying off and reflects well for a company listed on the NASDAQ! We also noticed a great improvement compared to our visit last year — this time we were provided with fresh linens labeled 2025! It’s wonderful to see our December feedback on the older linens being taken into account. Great job and keep it up!

The front office staff and the lady in the bell desk could be a bit warmer in their approach, but I completely understand that with such a high volume of check-ins and check-outs, maintaining a firm and efficient posture is often necessary. While some rooms are starting to show signs of aging — with minor issues like water leaks and the need for replacements — a round of renovation would definitely help refresh the overall experience. That said, this continues to be my go-to hotel, and I truly appreciate the consistency and comfort it offers.

We stayed here twice, once on the way in from Australia and then on the way out. This is close to MOA, lots of shops and restaurants. I travelled with my wife and 2 kids (9,6 yo). Although this is close to MOA, the surrounding area is great for shopping and eating at different restaurants. The nearby 7/11 is very handy and the Laundry place nearby is great. Travel with Grab App and get to where you need to go. We travelled to Fort Santiago and High Street to BGC.

I wish there was more of a gym. There's only some standing bicycles near the pool.

Location, value, and a very nice breakfast! The coffee was good, which is always a plus.

When checking out, the bell hop was slow getting to the 15th floor to assist with luggage. Some staff member showed without a cart and started to help push our luggage onto the elevator and then load all the luggage onto the cart when my family got to the lobby floor, just to move the cart/luggage 30-40 feet to the front door which made absolutely no sense?! Other than that goofiness, it was a nice stay and would have no reservations with staying again.

I like the property because it’s close to the mall of Asia you can walk right down the street road or whatever you only have the car to cab everything is right there food places right there it’s nice

what I didn’t like was you have to almost bake the people to change the sheets on your bed I waited two days to see if they were gonna do that they replaced them with the same dirty sheets. And there are a few passed around so make sure you get a room check it out first as far as the roaches but otherwise that the staff was wonderful

I like the property, the place , the people are great but I have bit concern the aircondition was bit off like it’s all 2 nights was on and off I cannot sleep well due to on and off and they told me it’s for maintenance cleaning but honestly still same , no actions . But people are nice but I don’t know why they don’t mind my concern but later on they give me free 3 hours extensions which I asked because I informed them that can’t sleep due to on and off aircon. I am so sorry but I need to tell so they need to improve and have an immediate actions if guest have concern and when needed.

The aircondition

Bang for the buck; worth what you get. The cleanliness, comfy beds, friendly & attentive staff, and especially the location is great. In summary; good location, comfort, and price!

This is minor because it seemed to only be a problem with older people but my father complained about the slightly weaker water pressure from the bidet, since he is a senior he has a hard time moving his arm to clean himself which weren't an issue with me or others. I also wish the lobby area was well air-conditioned, everywhere else was cool and comfortable. As for my major dislikes, the toilet lock in our room wasn't properly built and could be opened slightly which made using the toilet kinda awkward, and the WiFi had dead zone areas near or inside the toilet. Overall, my dislikes weren't that significant and from my previous experience with another room these dislikes of mine were not present.
