I liked the view from my room, i like the table space next to the window. Ang ganda ng receptionist na si Ice feeling ko di yun ordinary na receptionist. Staff is very helpful and accomodating. Convenient location next to Parqal mall, very convenient for U.S. Visa applicants. May 7/11 and BF Coffee 1st floor. You get what you paid for cheap and no extras you won't need. Clean. Easy to get a Grab. Near Mall of Asia.

Somewhat unreliable and often slow ang internet connection/ wifi signal, sometimes I prefer using my mobile data. Free room space is narrow/small, so there 's not a lot of space to place my things. No refrigerator. No room service, so I can't just chill in my room for the entire stay. The bathroom floor is slippery when wet, so be careful.

Accessible to our destination appointment for this morning specifically to US Visa VAC center, it has parking slot when we checked in, they allow early check in also if room is available, there is a 7-eleven within the property. Walkable to the parqal mall and ayala malls that be good for a tourist.

Few amenities no complimentary hot drinks like coffee/creamer, no shampoo and conditioner for the guest who dont bring their own toiletries. And also few molds from the tiles that it should be scrubbed maybe once a day for me its very nasty for the maselan guests but this could be improved by the management.

I have been booking my stays in metro manila in different hop inn hotels but the one in ASEANA is the perfect place for me. The room is clean, and the staff are always kind and helpful. It is near Parqal so there are establishments for food, grocery etc. and very near to MOA as well.

The WiFi in some rooms are just really slow. There were a couple of stay in HOP INN ASEANA where i get really good and fast wifi, however during this stay, the wifi in my room is just not good. Maybe it depends on the location of the room, maybe it was far from the router/repeater. Good thing the room have good cellular data signal so it is still okay.

I like how comfortable the room was especially the bed. The hotel's location is also convenient as it is walking distance to shopping malls (Ayala Malls Manila Bay and PARQAL) and the building itself has a coffee shop and a convenience store. Staffs are friendly and accommodating.

Parking is kinda difficult to navigate and park because it's a bit narrow. Hairdryer in the bathroom is not functional. I already had it fixed once by their utility staff but it still broke after. Hotel didn't do any checkout clearance or inspection of the room before I leave like other hotels do. They just told me to leave the keycard to their receptionist. Just concerned about items left without them notifying the guests.

Room is clean and the television has cable. Airconditioning is working and able to get the room cold Bathroom toilet has bidet. Hot/cold on the shower which also comes with a shampoo dispenser. Towels provided are clean. Convenience store just outside the hotel. Location is a few minutes walk to Mall of Asia. Area outside is pretty quiet with a Starbucks and McDonald's operating 24/7 nearby alongside some 7-Elevens.

Door lock was flimsy. It essentially relies on card lock as its main lock. Toilet might be a bit cramp for taller people. Lack of amenities. No toiletries aside from bathroom toilet roll, towels, and the shampoo in the shower shampoo dispenser. No room kettle, microwave, and even slippers. Water is available at the hall water dispenser but you're better off getting your own at the conveniece store downstairs.

The location was top notch. about less than 10 minute walk to Ayala Malls Manila Bay, and 15 minutes to MOA/Ikea/MOA Arena. There is a 711 convenient store just right outside the building, and a Coffee shop as well. A few minutes walk from behind is a starbucks with drive Thru. The place doesn't have much amenities such as pool and a place to lounge. But if you are looking for a place to stay near the mall and attractions, this is quite good. The rooms are not that big, but the beds are comfortable and the toilet/shower is pretty spacious.

No Netflix or youtube available, only local channels. The place doesn't offer amenities such as toothbrush and slippers, so bring your own. Towels are provided and glasses for water which you can get in the refilling station outside going to the elevator.

The staff was excellent. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was nice.

Only 2 elevators and no option to take the stairs. I think a mini-fridge and/or a microwave would have been nice to have for longer stays. Maybe a picture or 2 on the walls woukd add a little to the room. As we were leaving someone came to inform us that some clip hangers were missing. I'm not sure what clip hangers are but it wasn't anything we would have taken. It soured my experience a bit to be accused of taking something from the room. I'd advise taking a video of everything as soon as you enter the room.

I liked the front desk service staff because they are accommodating and executes their job well. I also love the location because it felt safe with the attentive security guards and the developing neighborhood is classy, it had jogging and bike lanes and not crowded. The room was clean enough although it could be cleaner but at least it has no smell. I will definitely book again.

Just a little fixing of the toilet seat was needed. The bath towels have seen better days and needs to be replaced with new ones. Lastly, I have noticed that there was no shower door in our bathroom.

Its location is perfect, just a short walk from the Mall of Asia and other nearby malls. The airport is also easily accessible, making travel hassle-free. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for an affordable place to stay in a prime location, this hotel is an excellent choice.

The curtains couldn't fully block out the sunlight. If you're planning to rest after a night out, this might make it a bit challenging to sleep in. Other than that, the amenities and service were satisfactory.

Big hotel, 5-10 min drive from airport (cost is 220-250 pesos on grab), walking distance to nearby mall, free luggage storage (short term and long term if you are returning to the hotel), able to check out at 1pm with no extra fee, the aircon is decent in the room. We stayed in 2 separate rooms on 2 separate occasions. The first one, the wifi was very patchy and could only get it to work if I layed on the corner of the bed Good shower pressure. There's a few clothes hangers under the aircon to dry your clothes.

The hallways are quite hot. Can hear everything from the hallways. No mini fridge.
