I requested for the highest floor since my nephews are thrilled with heights, they provided me a room in the 10th floor overviewing the pool which is very good. The room is spacious. The linens are so comfortable. The bathroom is also spacious and very modern.

When my sister checked out. They deducted P500 from our P3000 deposited amount because the rug that was provided in the bathroom has stains. The rug is just a small white towel which is very susceptible to stains. We stepped on the rug only just to dry our feet. If they dont want these white rugs to be stained, then change it to a real rug. So for future clients, remove these white rugs in the floor in order not to be fined when you check out! I was also disappointed on the bar in the 5th floor. It is not functional. Very frustrating for a guy who wants to drink and enjoy the view in the swimming pool while drinking. What is the point of putting a lounge near the bar if you are not allowed to drink?

Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Followed up my request for extra room cleaning due we have a 2 year old. Due our arrival being 4 hours before check in and our room wasn't ready, the manager used his card and escorted us up to the lounge area so we could be more comfortable and prioritized our room to be ready once available. Hotel is also very central, malls, atms, etc all within walking distance or a short taxi drive. Nice flat screen TV, comfy bed and shower has proper hot water. Resto has a good selection of breakfast and dining options. I actually don't have any complaints about our stay.

International traveler here - the Bayprime Hotel is in a newer development area so in terms of restaurants nearby there is not much in terms of walking distance but it is not an issue as grab/indrive/joyride are all cheap. The staff is great and facilities are clean. Staff was very responsive and very friendly(cleaning staff was great when asked for new towels). The swimming pool is clean but for younger children (6under) there is no “shallow” end is more for older kids and there is an area whete you can do laps, The “kids” pool is approx 1-2 feet. The issue I had with the pool is their bathrooms are so far away from the pool, my children had to use the bathroom(cr) 2x in 2 hours so it was an inconvenience to get out of the pool and walk that far but not a deal breaker by any means. People were commenting about the deposit is a non issue. I deposited cash not CC and it was easy to recover at checkout. The breakfast has great options but the bacon was not cooked(again international from usa) we like our bacon crispy not floppy w no char marks. The cucumber water was flavorfull. The rooms are small and simple but clean and comfortable. Only issue is the ac there are no ways to “modify” if if you are too cold just turn off until you get too warm then turn it back on. I would recommend rebooking at BayPrime Hotel, they also have a small convenience store nextdoor if you need simple amenities/late nite snacks. Grab to local malls and area sights are cheap and quick approx 100-300pesos.

Bayprime Hotel is by far the best hotel my family and I have stayed in. The entire room was modern and well designed with nothing but the best materials used. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. The room had very comfortable beds as well as having a great view, (you could lay in bed and watch planes go by after taking off from the nearby airport. I loved the room-service, it was fast. The air conditioning was great which cooled the whole room fast. The wifi speed was great and the tv could be used for normal channels, Netflix, YouTube, and various other apps as well as an internet browser. The free breakfasts were amazing with a wide variety buffet of all you can eat. We also loved the pool which was spacious and mostly under shelter. I highly recommend Bayprime Hotel to anyone who loves luxury living.

The only issues were that the fridge was small which we could only fit about 7-8 bottles of water inside it and nothing else. Also, the room lacked a microwave which would have come in handy.

Well located very close to the airport (15 min by taxi), and the city is quickly reachable by the LRT metro very near the hotel. The beds are very comfortable, and as a family of four we were comfortable in the 2-quee -beds room. Breakfast is great with many options, and variation from day to day. The 3000 php security deposit is best left in cash so that you immediately retrieve sit at checkout (as opposed to waiting several banking days when using a credit card). They accept it also in other currency - we left 50€.

One shouldn't be too noise sensitive as there's a wide and busy road in front and the LRT train runs by very closely from 6 am on or so. It was fine for us though.

I liked the location. It's by a developing area, so there are many new buildings, roads, shopping/malls nearby and they are in walking distance in a safe area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was modern with all types of lighting options. AC worked well.

Wasn't happy about the need to hold my passport (I guess for incidentals?), so I paid upfront deposit to get it back. Speaking of the deposit, it was very high compared to other hotels I'd stayed at during the trip...as much as 3 times more! Stayed for an entire week and wasn't asked by housekeeping or front desk if room needed freshening up. That disappointed me.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the place is well located to everything. Restaurant is definitely worth a visit and very well priced.

- Room was a lot more spacious than I anticipated - Enough room for luggage so didn’t look very cluttered - Bathroom was also spacious enough - Staff were kind enough to allow the check in 1 hour early - Breakfast buffet was pretty good and different cuisines available

Very welcoming and clean. The service was prompt and they had baby cribs available in good condition and good size. Great breakfast buffet with a lot of options. Beds, showers and pool facilities were great.

The refundable damage deposit was high and only taken in cash which tied up cash for us during our time there. They did however take it in other currency which helped. One side of the building is next to a metro line so it was quite noisy but if you get a different room it’s great.
