Helpful in every single way. All you have to do is ask. Quality/price range I would say excellent. The transfer service is N°1. The rooftop is a nice touch to relax and have a drink. We had a massage which was my only in the country( my wife's 3rd) and I can only say I wish I had had more!!!

The aircon is old and makes noise, which you can sleep with after a while, but that's what you get for that affordable price or turn it off and sweat a little, no biggy for me.

Great reception from the shuttle driver to the front desk receptionist!!! Very patient, friendly and accommodating — again referring to the driver and front desk receptionist! We forgot something in the fridge and they quickly obliged and attended to our request to have it brought to the airport. Room was clean! Since, we're all adults and not couples, they provided us individual beds! I thought that 2 of us will share a bed so seeing 3 beds for 3 adults was a pleasant surprise! The receptionist even assisted in setting up the Grab app and walked us through in using it. The location is perfect for where we wanted to go during our quick stay there.

I suggest that the hotel provides at least 2 rolls of toilet paper and extra towel in the bathroom as hand towel.

The staff are great, and go up and above to help out. Shout out to Miss Aida in the rooftop restaurant. Great cappuccino and atmosphere since fairly new renovations. As well as the gentleman at the front who helped with the luggage several times (Sorry did not get name) We have stayed several times over the years and have had great experience. Great spa service. Accommodate all hours. Currently under renovation to improve.

Hotel Transport back to airport on day of departure was reasonably priced and the vehicle was well maintained and clean. The room that we stayed in was good and the beds were comfortable and plenty of storage space for the bags and an adequate hanging space for clothes on clothes hangers! BUT the room could have benefited from the installation of clothes hooks both in the bathroom/toilet as well as in the bedroom area to air clothes and towels on a daily basis. The cafe was well situated on the ground floor and easily accessible. The service was excellent and the food choice was good from both the 'fixed' complimentary breakfast menu as well as the regular cafe menu.

The lack of clothes hooks for hanging clothes and towels on within the room and the and the toilet/bathroom area. As explained prior this would help to air clothes and towels on a daily basis rather than draping them over the bed or hanging them in the wardrobe area on clothes hangers next to fresh clothes!

I like the most is the breakfast and the room.

The only thing that we are not satisfied with is that the TV socket is not working, and we called for assistance, but no one came.

Basic but comfortable room. Staff were very accommodating when I asked if I could switch to a room away from the road. Great value for a quick stopover near the airport.

The breakfast is not good value. Very expensive for a tiny, basic serving. Better to go elsewhere or grab something at the airport.

No request or requirement was ever denied or shown to be annoying for them to fulfil. We would like to praise and thank them all and may God bless them continously to keep doing what they have been doing best. I myself didn't resist to hug some of then upon my departure because our stay was filled with so much satisfaction :)

Everything this is clean. The room and the hotel might be simple but we love that it was a very clean place. We ordered breakfast in our room and it was so delicious. We went to the restaurant upstairs and was instantly regretfuk that we didn’t go there to eat. It was spacious and open
