The best affordable option for a good-quality transit hotel close to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and responsive.

There is no cafe in the hotel anymore, so photos with breakfast are outdated. We counted on it after a long night flight, but have to figure out something else while being exhausted. There was no option even for making tea or coffee in the room or at the lobby, only refrigerated soft drinks and bottled water were available. There was only one towel in the room, and we had to ask for another one.

The check-in and out is made easy and the hotel is near the airport. Cost of taxi from the airport is 264 pesos. Helpful front desk staffs particularly J. Billiamore who is an asset for this hotel. He dealth with an issue I had in a calm, responsive and proffesional manner. He met my expactation and did not give up until a solution was found like a true gentleman.

I would have liked if the doors of the toilet and bathroom could be maintained as to not make a crackling noise when isnuse.

Location is near NAIA airport which is convenient

Wifi was slow. I was able to stream from netflix without any issues but just browsing the web/social media, the connection was slow or lost. Even using my own network provider’s data was slow-connection always got lost probably due to the location bring near the airport. There was no free drinking water bottle provided. I wanted to purchase drinking water but they ran out so I had to buy it at the convenience store. The hotel does not serve or offer breakfast meal service but they allow food to be bought/brought from outside so I used Grab to order my meals.

The location is perfect. I lover the free shuttle to airport and the services that went with it was perfect. The guy who directed us to the bus was very friendly. I love that water refilling station is available in every floor. No frills. My room was clean.

I was used to having a good cafe just like in other Go Hotels where you can have a good breakfast, at least. Around the area, I can't find food places except 711. The best way is to order for delivery which can take longer. I didn't have a towel in my room. I have to use my personal towel in the night. The following day, I have to call twice to ask for it. While the room was good for two, they only provided one soap and shampoo. This is inconvenient as the toilet and bath are separate. I would need another soap for handwashing at the sink.

The hotel is good ,clean and comfortable enough.Its location is good,it is near convenient store( 7-11) good for buying immediate groceries,and it is near airport which is good for travellers.

They should put a kettle or some complimentary coffee inside every room,make sure towels are complete before offering,like me ,there is no available bath towel in my room that I have to call the front desk 4x.

First, we were given a room on the lower floor facing traffic. Since we requested a quiet room upfront, it was immediately changed to another one farther from the road upon our request. There was only one towel in the room, and we had to ask for another one.

The staff, even the guard is very helpful and accommodating. The front desk receptionist is nice and approachable. The place is kind of old but comfortable. There's a convenience store nearby. Near the airport

The bath room have space in between that can make my friend see me through while Im taking a shower. The lavatory is I think clogged because draining takes time. Slippers and some toiletries are not free. Only 1 trash bin is available. Other rooms can hear the tv noise even if it's isn't too loud at all

Use this hotel regularly as an overnight stop when flying in/out of MNL. The rooms are basic and functional, but clean and have good air conditioning. Staff are very friendly, and the location is great for access to the airport and city.

The rooms are basic, but for the price I think this is perfectly acceptable. The noise from the traffic outside is noticeable, but on the upper floors is perfectly manageable and frankly to be expected from being so central in Manila.

Check in was fast. The staff was nice.

We found a brown paper at the bedside table with an empty paper cup, used tissue, etc. We just throw it away in the trash. We were so tired to call the attention of your staff. Anyway it's a little trash and the rest of the room is clean, but I just want to inform you so that it won't happen again.

The hotel was very nice and clean, a good place to stay, but next time I stay there l will make sure that I am not on the side of the hotel that face's the hiway and main intersection, as it is so noisy, the other side of the hotel is great

My first night l stayed in the side of the hotel that face's the intersection and freeway, could not sleeping all night because of the noise from all the buses trucks and other vehicles., It was so noisy that is was like sleeping on a freeway, I moved the next day and spent 5 night on the other side of the hotell and slept very well with no noise at all. When I stay there again I will make sure that I get a room on the quiet side of the hotell , the hotel really needs double glazing on the noisy side.
